Ordered some box lunches and paid for them, afterwords I was told that they can only give pickles if you order 4 or more. I ordered two and was told that after I had already paid. Also not allowed to put a little bit of Mayo on a sandwich, charge me for it if need but to not even offer that is ridiculous. Avoid this location at all costs, they wait to tell you they can’t give you stuff or out of stuff until after you pay. I’ll drive further to a different location before stepping foot in this location again. I don’t mind paying for what I order but when you fail to mention things until after is misleading and not very ethical.

Well they forgot the cookies in the combo meal. The bread was so old I couldn’t bite into it and they didn’t put any Mayo or oil on it and it was so dry it was impossible to chew and swallow. They suck. We had a bad experience with them in 7/21 and just ordered again in 5/22. Never again. Waste of money.

I ordered a sandwich for curbside pickup online and even put in my car make and description. When I went to pick it up at 8:40 (they close at 10), there were no lights on in the window and only half of them on inside. I seriously thought they were closed! Seems like they were trying to deter people from coming in with most of the lights off. There were no cars there, so I parked right in front with my lights shining in and I could see 2 young men cleaning. I clicked the "I'm here" button online and waited over 5 minutes. I had cash to tip the guys and everything and they kept looking over at my car, but never came out. I could see my order sitting right in front on the pickup shelf, so I finally just went in and got it myself. The boys said hello to me and told me to have a good night, but I was already irritated and had a massive migraine, so I just grabbed my sandwich and walked out. The sandwich was made well and correct though, so I will give them that!

Food was tasty. I was left sitting outside of the store while waiting for curbside to be brought out. When I went in to check on the status of my order and mentioned I had selected curbside I was told "we don't do curbside here.Because of road work near this location and even when there isn't construction I go out of my way to avoid the intersection by this location. The location was was between me and home so I decided to take a chance. I am dealing with a spine injury and driving and walking is something I only do as necessary, so the curbside option presented by online ordering was optimal. I was never informed through communication with the app and in the time I waited after checking in online an employee took a smoke break in his car beside me.I am not trying to be petty and I appreciate how grueling fast food work can be. If performing basic daily movements didn't cause more long term pain I wouldn't even have blinked at walk in pick up.

I remember when Jimmy John's used to have passion for their work. I remember when Jimmy John's was consistently delicious and fast. Nowadays, however, there is no passion, and absolutely no customer service, and absolutely just no reason to go back there anymore.

Went in last week and they had one employee working the lunch rush. He was trying his best but overwhelmed. I had to leave after standing in line for 20 minutes. Today they had too many employees and they still managed to leave out my ranch and peppers. It always something with this location. Very unreliable service.

Awful manager Owen, after getting a confirmation email and waiting 45 min for food, my food was not there. He didn’t offer an apologize or want to make it right. He didn’t care.

Good food, but I don’t know why they bother to have a delivery service. For years we lived less than 2 miles from the store and yet we were dubbed “out of delivery range”.

Clean store, nice employees… but they frequently screw up orders (this is the 3rd time in a row) despite how simple the order may be. A couple months ago, they gave me a sandwich with no lettuce, the last time I went they gave me old bread that was hard as a rock, and today they forgot to put capicola on the sandwich. As much as I love Jimmy johns, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

I am probably the biggest fan of JJ on planet earth but I will never return to this store. The blonde male cashier "owen" is a total airhead. I ordered a #4 add onions add cheese cut in half. Got to car it had no onions no cheese and was not cut in half. I was shocked that they didn't make me a new sandwich. They took the sandwich that had 1 bite missing, slapped some cheese and onions and cut it half and handed it to me without saying anything. Wow.
