What a terrible store, this store had 10 people working all at the same time and they still couldn’t manage to make sure orders were going out on time. Many online orders were being mixed up many of the employees didn’t even look like they knew what was going on and finally after 20 mins of standing in the store after my pick up time I was told that my order was already ready. This store is awful and everyone working it needs to be retrained on work efficiency and time management
Today the staff was slammed today. I have never seen Soo many employees OR customers at this location. They were doing a fundraiser for the Special Olympics and the line was deep and their online order shelf was spilling over to the counter next to it. Even then it only took 8-15 minutes to get in and out. I think this is a franchise and the owners even had their daughter in helping out in full uniform on register. Everyone was working hard and on top of it. I was really impressed with how smoothly everyone worked as a team.

My husband and I stopped in at 10:45 and we were the only customers. No one said a word to us. We waited for service and the woman looked at us and walked to the back. She then came back out and started organizing the bottles of oil and vinegar. No one said hello… we will be with you in a minute. Absolutely nothing. That was the worst excuse for customer service I have ever seen.
I would just like to thank the absolute hero who gave me two little cups of extra juice when I asked for it on my online order. You sir, or ma’am, are my favorite person today. Thank you.

Wow this place has really gone downhill. Talk about not paying attention to orders or deliberately not making the food correctly. I’m going to go with the later. Asked onions, pickles, vinegar and oregano… received four tiny slices of onions and oregano… nothing else.Don’t waste your time with online orders, they will only give you the minimum. Not only that, but you can’t just pick up your food that you ordered online - they make you wait until the customers in the line are served first. If you come here, order at the line and watch them closely as they make your food.
I'm disappointed. I ordered ahead, and went in about 10 minutes later to pick up the sandwich. It wasn't ready, so I sat down to wait. Waited, waited, waited. New people were coming in, ordering their sandwich, and leaving or eating there. Still waiting. Still more people coming in, ordering, getting their food, and leaving. I'm still waiting. . All customers gone from ordering line, all employees gone from sandwich making center. Where's my sandwich? I ask again. They make it. I would have gotten my sandwich so much faster if I had just gotten in line when I arrived, rather than ordering in advance. The service here is usually fantastic, and I love Jersey Mike's, but this visit was a disappointment.
