Terrific service and they actually had tacos un like the 5301 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73112 store. Gave them and tip and was treated very well.See other locations

I'd give a zero but it won't let me order food through the drive-thru on foot wouldn't let me come inside and I can't go to the drive-thru because I'm too long and too tall

Always extremely slow, ordered 1 simple taco and it took them 30 minutes. And when they finally give you the order they say nothing.

Tried to go twice mid-day and the location was closed despite lights being on, and 4 cars in parking lot. ?‍♂️ I've never been to Jack in the box, so this being my first 2 experiences have been pretty awful.

Went to this location for some tacos. Lights were on, couple of cars were in parking lot. When we started walking towards entrance, some woman was yelling “we are closed”. Um ok. No signs on door. Not sure what the deal was, but seems like I wasn’t only one with same experience.

Out running errands during my lunch break and thought “it’s been forever since I had some Jack in the Box tacos” Tried to go in the lobby and the door was just locked. There were a couple cars in the parking lot, so I assumed folks were there. Thought maybe they were keeping lobby closed cause Omicron.. but then there was a trash can blocking entry to drive through. Sad, I wanted a taco.

Don't ever order online from this location. I've ordered breakfast from here and instead of mini pancakes I got egg rolls. Ordered a burger combo and it showed up without the burger. Employees must be doing the bare minimum to keep a job.

Worst jack in the box locatiob ever. The workers are lazy and claim theyre short staffed when they're not. Theyre just too lazy to open the lobby.

Literally the worst location.

I went INSIDE to order my food during my lunch break, ordered a Sourdough Jack meal with a piece of cheesecake. I get back to my break room at my job site and they obviously didn't pay attention to the order because the burger in my bag was not the one I ordered! I tried to call the phone number on the receipt to talk to someone and no one answered and it was like someone was declining my call/hanging up. If this is the quality I can expect from JIB then I guess I will save my money for something better.
