We waited 45 minutes for our food, only to be told that our ticket had gotten lost. Our server seemed to have not even cared and never apologized once for it. I feel like we should’ve been discounted for at least our drinks or even been able to speak to the manager! Especially when the people around us who had sat down AFTER we did and had already received their food!
I don’t understand how they sent me an item that’s not even on the menu and my salad had a half of a slice of tomato in it. Then I try to call and they continuously ignore the phone. Not even surprised with how the other store in Edmond went. Won’t be ever ordering here again
I was seated right away with no waiting. Wait staff was super friendly and quick with their time and attention to us. I got the new Triple Bacon Cheddar omelet and really enjoyed it. Plus it was huge! I only ate half and was able to bring the rest home for another meal. All together great!
My family ate here for the first time in literally years. I don't know what I expected but it was at least edible food. I got crepes that tasted like wet dog. The husband's omelet was solid but his hash browns came out cold. There was a hair in my son's pancakes...
The food was great. We were a rather large group that came in late, but we were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was nice and our orders were all correct. The only improvement they could have made was to have more than one serving our group.
Wife and I went to IHOP this morning and our server I believe his name is Ray was very helpful, polite and very professional. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this IHOP. Thanks again Ray
Waitress Jennifer never let our coffee cup get empty. Food was good service was great.
Have been here three separate times over the course of a year living here. Each time the experience has been worse than the previous. Waited 20 mins to get some of our drinks then waited an hour for our food to show up. All of it was cold to the touch. Plates were warmer than the food on the plates. That was weird. And this place wasn’t even busy. So I actually rate this place less than 1 Star. Hard pass. Blackbear Diner is far better.

This is probably the worst experience I've ever had. Took my 6 year old to go get some breakfast. Her favorite place to eat. She brought in her brand new hot wheel monster truck that was designed to look like a spider man truck. Super excited about it. We eat and pay and leave. Before we even get out the doors, kiddo realizes she left her car. We go back to our table only to not find it but our server Jordan was there cleaning up plates... we tell her we just came back to grab kiddos car that she left on the chair. The server was acting weird and immediately says, "well I didn't stick it in my pocket or anything". Immediately thought wow okay well thats suspicious. Guarantee she stole my child's toy. How low can you get. Honestly. A Christmas gift, stolen by a server.
