We finally tried the Coltrane Hott Wings last night because Eddie’s pickle wings are our absolute favorite. With that being said, we won’t be back. We had to ask for several extra glasses of ice for our drinks, we weren’t told the garlic parm fries were basically soaked in vinegar, the hott wing sauce was really unpleasant and the condensation from the air conditioner kept dripping down all over our table and into my kids’ food and drinks. You can verify this as I left a note on my ticket after waiting for a manager and never getting one. We always get stellar service at Eddie’s and we live in the neighborhood so it’s easy to walk to, but if you’re going to make a new restaurant next door, hold it to the same caliber. Our waitress was unenthusiastic, didn’t make suggestions, and dropped the ticket without even asking if we wanted dessert. My kids wanted to try the fried ice cream but we went ahead and had dessert down the street. I waited tables for over a decade and the service was less than sub-par and I’d be having a talk with my staff about customer service, up-selling and making sure patrons are taken care of and enjoying their meal. The pickle wings were delicious as ever, but the rest of our $70 meal (one adult & two kids) was lack luster. Also, if a kid orders a Shirley temple…they want the cherries. It’s a staple. Mine got a dabble of grenadine, no cherries. Maybe let the bartender or wait staff know.

I was bored with wings. Nothing was really that hot. Even the reaper at Hott Wings wasn't that big of a deal. But then they added the extra Hott wings.I have met my match. These wings have had me on the toilet for 2 hours, and that is where I'm writing this review from. They burn hard on the way in, and on the way out. Yes, this is really painful, but I appreciate that their wings meet the name. HOTT. I will warn anyone who wants to try the extra Hott wings. Do not eat 3 of them period. Do not eat one of them if you can't handle heat. It's for your own good health.

First time visiting. Ordered 10 wings(Wing Wednesday), Sweet Hott Asian(SHA) and Parmesan Garlic Explosion(PGE). I would have preferred my chicken fried a little harder, but the chicken itself was flavorful overall. I enjoyed the SHA, similar to Asian Zing at BWW to offer a comparison. I will say however, I was quite disappointed with the PGE as it wasn't an explosion of flavor at all. I like my wings sauced so I chose this flavor as it was listed under "Sauces" not "Dry Rubs". The wings seemed dusted versus saucy, very dry. Won't order again. I love spice and a cheese fry so I opted to try the Oklahoma Heat Saucy Fries, which come with Queso and Buffalo Sauce. Good portion of fries, terrible fry to queso ratio. Not "saucy" at all. It's terrible when restaurants use queso as a garnish vs. part of the dish. Please cover all of the fries in queso/cheese, as that is the reason people order CHEESE fries, they want them covered in CHEESE. I literally only ate the few fries that had a slight taste of queso on them. The others were bare. Won't order again unless this improves. I ordered to go so I wasn't able to ask for any additional sauce or cheese. But honestly, this should be standard. Overall, not bad. Would return once to see if there is any improvement. I would order cheese fries and sauced wings often so if there's no change, I won't be back.

Excellent wings and food overall in a unique venue with great service… second time I’ve been here after trying with some friends. Tried both the traditional wings and now the boneless - both were good. The boneless are solid chunks of chicken I’ve not had anywhere else like this (usually fried or like nuggets). The cheese fries are good too (more than what is shown in the picture as some were already eaten). Recommend it.

Great place. Very small but Awesome Boneless Wing and a Good Bloody Mary.

Was ok. Waiter never asked for ID for anyone sitting at the bar. Or ordered drinks. Wings were underdone. On good note fries had a good seasoning on them.

The servers/bartenders are all attentive and knowledgeable. The menu pricing has changed since the last picture, so I'm going to include the new menu.I got a pound boneless half Eddie's Sauce and Half Mango Habanero. The Eddie's Sauce had a decent, subtle flavor. For a BBQ sauce, it wasn't overpowering. The Mango Habanero though, was not overpowering enough. It was more mango than habanero. The flavor was really good, but I was hoping for more spice. Habanero is one of the spiciest common peppers, so I was hoping for a bit of pain. The whole pound was a little pricey, as I was looking for a $ restaurant instead of a $$ restaurant. I'd still bring a date here, as the atmosphere is really nice and cozy.

The food was okay, but not amazing. I got the 1lb wings with hot honey sauce. There was barely any sauce on the chicken and the boneless wings were in very large pieces. The sauce was mostly just honey. Also, there was one server that acted as the bar tender and waitress for the whole joint. Every seat was full!

WAY too loud inside. Couldn't hear waiter when trying to order. Requested to turn down, still way too loud. Food: ordered wings, two of 3 plates were ok, one was cold when arrived at table. Refrigerated cold...not cold from sitting like cooked in a microwave. Chicken was overcooked and stringy. Appetizers and service good! Pluses not enough to outweigh the negatives. We will not be returning.

Food is fantastic but I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Absolutely no sense of urgency. 3 Railyard visits with intentions to go to Hott Wings but end up going elsewhere. Even with plenty of open tables and employees walking beside you’ll be ignored and just stand inside for 5-10 minutes without being acknowledged. Against my better judgement I keep trying to go back simply because of how good the wings are. 10/10 food, 0/10 customer service if any.
