Incredible Philly cheesesteaks! This is definitely one of my favorite spots to go when I come to Edmond!Ps my girlfriend and both of my siblings crushed their food too!
I'm giving 1 star to be able to "share my experience."The "Help Wanted" sign in the window was unfortunately indicative of the next 5 minutes after walking in the front door.I was NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED for the 5 minutes I stood at the order counter and walked out.Use this place to identify where to turn in to park near the hidden gem in the corner of the property (HIDALGO).Get better y'all.
I had great hope for this place. I am from New Jersey and felt like this place would be like a little piece of home. Their menu seemed perfect. They even had tastykakes for crying out loud. I was so pumped. I placed an order for 4 hoagies and the kid on the phone could barely comprehend. He kept messing up over and over. By the time I hung up I was confused and I knew my order was going to be wrong. Guess what I was right. He put stuff on our hoagies that we didn't even ask for. I was digusted to say the least. Our hoagies were bitter and soggy my aunt didn't even finish hers. The young men couldn't even get the cash register to work correctly. I spent good money for nothing. Those hoagies had very little meat on them and quite frankly a child could of made it better than what we were served. The owner really needs to get new staff or train those young men better or they will run your business into the ground.
My mom and I stopped in on a whim. We saw their great reviews and it did not disappoint! We shared a meatball sub which was perfect on a cold day. We liked it so much we got a sub for my dad to take home. The dine in area was clean, chill, and spaced out well. The service was spot on! Blake was super helpful when we needed a run down as new customers. He explained all the best choices. He was so friendly and you can tell he loves what he does! We will absolutely be back!
The food was pretty good but the prices are a bit much. What frustrated me is that the menu prices posted on the wall are not correct - we were charged more for every item. I brought this to the employee’s attention and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Seemed shady - the price you are charged should match the posted price on the menu.And $1 for a cup of water??

Burnt, dry and paper thin Pizza. I guess I should’ve expected nothing close to NY Pizza
