We ordered sweet & sour chicken with white rice. My husband picked up the order (the bag was stapled shut) and when he got home there was no rice. I called the restaurant and they refused to refund me a percent of the order b/c the rice is “free”. Then I was offered 5% off my next meal for the inconvenience. ?? The customer service at this place is awful. Granted it’s cheap Chinese food but a restaurant should provide what the customer paid for. We will not be going back!
I've been a customer of Great Wall since it opened. They used to have some of the best Chinese food in Edmond. The food quality has pretty much fallen off a cliff. Hot Sour soup was atrocious. The Mongolian beef used to be the best. Now it's barely adequate. I'm thoroughly disappointed and will never order from them again.
There was hardly any chicken ? in both of our food.
Kind of a weird set up, order from a table that you walk up too and have to yell across the room for them to understand if other people are being loud in the small building. Food is amazing
We have been twice recently, it was close to where we were. the swt n sour chicken was good. we have tried 2 other entrees and were not impressed with either.
I love ordering ahead online and then swinging by to grab it on my way home. They are incredibly fast! They usually have my order for 4-5 people ready in under 15 minutes. And it’s always great quality and plenty to eat! We always end up with leftovers.
The worst person that ever worked on the counter very rude very poor explanation of menu the worst I ever seen at the end she asked me not to come back and she doesn't care if I call her boss maybe she's the owners or the boss's daughter. Very pitiful

I really thought that once you've had one of these Chinese restaurants that you'd had them all. But, this one proved me wrong. It is really just not good. The Kung Pao chicken had some weird gravy on it. Not anything like I have ever had. It was almost like a brown jelly. Really unappetizing. Strangely, my wife's sesame chicken had the exact same sauce but it wasn't as gross.I didn't eat my entire meal, and it's takeout so it was a massive let down. The Lo mein was also either old or over cooked and they left off my egg roll.Just a real bummer. Don't go here or order either of these dishes.
