My young cub loves coming here after his baseball games down the street. This is a very good location with friendly staff and excellent food. Our only issue with the place is the cleanliness could be a little better. All too often when we go we end up going to the bathroom and soaking a paper towel with soap and water and wiping our table down.
A decent Freddy’s location, the staff have always been nice and friendly. The food is usually cooked probably and I typically don’t have to wait long in the drive through. During times of inclement weather, it is best to call ahead to make sure they haven’t closed early. The only negative thing about this location is that they do not participate in the Freddy’s reward program.
The food was 100 percent fabulous and cheaper than most places. The service could of been better but overall we will be going back for sure.
My first experience i ordered through Uber eats. A bacon double cheese add lettuce tomato.. the number 2. what came was triple meat and bread ???? I was so hungry and worked a long night shift and was looking forward to a good bacon cheese burger ? So to Freddies I give you one star and to whoever made this mistake I hope someday when they are excited for bacon. life does not give them bacon ?
I had my very first custard sundae -- Hawaiian. It was delicious!
Service a little slow but otherwise the all-time fast food restaurant!!!!!! The best place to eat anytime, anywhere. I would eat this in a box, with a fox, on a plaine in a train, or even in the sewers! After I ran I went to Freddies (true story) this was on Christmas Eve. Then me and my family at my uncle's house opened presents! And went mountain climbing on CHRISTMAS!!! Lastly I remembered I had Freddies fries in the fridge from last night and ate them while climbing up the mountain. Praise the Lord, for the Freddies employees and bless all the Freddies. AMEN!!!
WOW! That's all I can say. I went through the drive thru right before closing to quench my custard craving and wouldn't you know, I forgot my wallet. I couldn't believe it! Ugh. I was so embarrassed. I didn't have time to go back to my house and then get back to the restaurant before they closed. Chad, the very friendly gentleman that took my order and was helping me at the window, was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. Since the other team member had already started my order, he said it was on him this time!!!!! OMG! REALLY?! So grateful for people like Chad still value excellent customer service. Give that man a raise!!!!
I waited over an hour in a line that had five people in it. When I pulled up to the speaker, no one would take my order. I thought maybe the system was messed up because a few cars ahead of me were having the same problem. After waiting about fifteen minutes a gentlemen opens the door and tries to hand me a bag so I politely tell him the situation. Without saying anything he goes to another part of the building. A few minutes go on and another man comes to the window. He was very sarcastic when I tried to explain the situation again. I know times are tough, but this experience has defiently made me decide to avoid this restraunt.
TLDR: Took me over 16 minutes to order a small order despite only two cars infront of me. Was honked and yelled at by people behind me in line, manager didn’t do anything.Pulled up to the drive-thru order speaker and was told to hold. Was told to hold and waited seven minutes, place was not busy and only two cars infront of me. Eventually the line of cars building up behind me started to honk their horn, I yelled at the speaker seeing if the employees could hear me but no one responded. Two minutes later I pulled up so that the people behind me would stop yelling at me. Five minutes later I was able to pull up to the window and explained why I couldn’t order earlier, thankfully the employee said she would tell her manager then let me place my order at the window and then had me pull up to wait for my order to be made. Eventually had my order brought out to me, never recieved an apology or explanation for why I was told to wait at speaker (over 9 minutes) or why no one replied to me after I tried to get their attention.Time spent in drive thru: over 16 minutesCars in front of me: TwoOrder size: A single burger and a regular size concrete.
