I waited a long time for Dunkin’ Donuts to be in my area. I was tired of driving to those other locations, and I was definitely not going to convert over to Starbucks ?because they’re everywhere. My go-to order is old-fashion donuts, chai iced tea, and the turkey egg and cheese croissant. Depending on the day I go, the wait time is under seven minutes which is not bad for drive-thru. I only wish they could stay open till 10 o’clock. I be needing my late-night donut fix. (munchkins). ??
I don’t find joy in leaving negative reviews, but I do feel like this is a well deserved one. I’ve been stopping at this location since they first opened, so I can say without a doubt that this review is based off of several visits, not just one time. It started off strong, drinks were made accurately, food was well prepared, but they couldn’t seem to keep up with that and after a month, there was an obvious regression in quality and service. Today was definitely my last day stopping at this location. Do yourself a favor and go support a local coffee shop whose employees take a bit more pride in what they serve.
They have yet to get my order right on the first try yet, but God bless them, they're trying. 3 stars because the donuts are good even if they're the wrong ones, and also their staff is nice despite poor training and organization from DD management.
I ordered a latte and a Boston crème. 1 DONUT and the store gives it to me chocolate side down. I didn’t think to check until I got home 30 minutes later so I guess I don’t get chocolate on my donut anymore. ?
This is a drive thru only. Drive through a at a donut place are a bit hard because you can’t see what they have available. Half the time we don’t get the correct order. The filling is wrong, so I don’t know if they are substituting automatically instead of asking. Or if they have lack of care.
Almost every time I come here my order is wrong. Today takes the cake though. I ordered a coffee, sausage egg and cheese croissant, and 10 old fashioned munchkins. Not complicated.By this point I knew to check when immediately when I got my order. At glance the sandwich looked right, but I got 10 regular glazed instead of old fashioned. Coffee smelled right. Went back to correct the donuts. They then hand me 10 dark looking glazed ones and said “these are old fashioned, not blueberry, they just look a little dark today”.Go to my car and taste one and it is DEFINITELY blueberry. Go back AGAIN and finally get the corrected ones. I drive home pull out my sandwich and low and behold, it’s just egg and cheese, no sausage.I just ate it at this point because I was so over it, but how do you mess up THAT badly on a not complicated order???I’ve tried to give them multiple chances but out of the 5 times I’ve visited (all either similar to what I ordered today or even easier), they’ve only gotten my order correct ONE time.I’ve also gone in both morning and afternoon so I don’t think “the rush” is even to blame here.
This location seems to be disorganized and chaotic. I ordered a few things from the drive thru, confirmed my order, proceeded to the window to pay. After paying, they asked me what my other 2 donuts were- 2 powdered filled with chocolate. "We're out of chocolate filing." Would have been nice to know after I ordered and before I paid. I tried to exchange it for another product, told no by some young lady. So I had to hold up the line and receive a refund then pay again. Even after all that, I get home to find zero bacon on my Bacon Avocado bacon that I paid for and was on the ticket and receipt. Consider getting it together, this was frustrating.On the plus side, the older cashier who took my card (blonde haired woman) was a sweetheart.
Liked the coffee and the munchkins, would like to see a better idea of what kind of donuts are available when using the drive thru.

Never been to. Dunkin’ Donuts, decided to try it since it’s new to where I live…. Pretty good, fast. & friendly staff!
