Haven't ordered with you guys in a long time, and I was concerned to see my delivery total be 37$ before the tip, with the 20% coupon applied. That means my total would have been over 40$ to have a Large Specialty, a Medium Specialty, and a 2 liter delivered down the street to me. That's absolutely ridiculous and I swiftly emptied my cart. 5.99 delivery fee is absurd, and you know it. I will not be ordering Delivery from you guys anymore. I'm also very concerned that this owner doesn't reply to reviews and hides in their Mercedes while their busy little bees make all the money.
First they delivered the wrong order. We caught the delivery guy to let him know. He took the order we were given to take back to the other family who had ours who were already indulging. Then we were told we would be getting our order redone and sent out. An hour goes by and nothing. So I call the store three people and nobody knows anything. Guy informs me he has two pizzas "sitting there" and that he would get my order out to us in twenty minutes. My thought it takes twenty minutes to drive here alone so we shall see. Ordered at 830ish pm and it's now 10:14. Never again! Domino's has been awful the past few years.
Good pizza and customer service. My orders have always been completed in the quoted window, usually sooner.Only thing that makes it a 4/5 is late night, weekend ordering. Last weekend, we attempted to order pick up around 10:30am, as the Google Hours say it is open until 1am. However they were closed for pick up. No problem, we tried to order delivery but was not allowed (through the website) as it said they also did not do delivery that late. Not sure if Google's hours is wrong or if it was a mishap through the website. We did not call, as we figured something else out for food instead.
It has been over a year since we ordered from Dominoes and delighted we did. Ordering online was simple, plenty of options to choose from, placed our order, and at the door within 30 minutes. Patrick sent a message he was on his way and the pizza was hot and delicious! THANK YOU Dominoes. We will be back!
We were ordering Pizza Hut on Fridays for several weeks, only to find out they changed their menu, and no longer offered the crust we liked. Having ordered Domino's once while visiting family in Kansas City (sorry, Chiefs that you aren't in the Super Bowl!) we decided to try Domino's locally. Due to a mix up on an order, I called, and was treated with kindness and respect. Our next and most recent order we were SO VERY WELL PLEASED at how we were treated. Tommy, "D," and Isaac to good care of us. Now, we'll be ordering from Domino's on Danforth!!! Could not be more well pleased!!!
I have to give a shout out to this store and specifically Isaac! He was a pleasure to work with, as I needed his assistance in submitting an order for an upcoming event. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions as needed. He set expectations for the day of the delivery. A team member contacted me the morning of to secure payment and confirm the delivery details. The delivery happened on time and Isaac was very personable! In the day where customer service is becoming a lost art, Isaac and team did not disappoint. I hope they know how much they are appreciated!
I love how I can pay at the store instead of putting card details online. That simple option has truly made me love dominos more than anywhere else!
I had knee surgery and walking was extremely painful so when I ordered pizza I was going to pick it up "curbside". When I arrived I let the store know through the app like it directed me to do. Nobody responded so I did it 2 more times, then flashed my headlights....still nothing! So I hobbled my way in and got my pizza. When I filled out a complaint form (3 times!) nobody ever contacted me whatsoever! The manager, district manager, and whoever else that refused to listen to my complaint are worthless! I've been a Domino's customer since the '80's and have never had any issues with Domino's but this has tarnished our relationship. The customer service is the most horrible I have ever seen from any food establishment! They simply don't care and the commercials on TV are completely the opposite of what this company is really all about!
Didn’t deliver my food, called the store they didn’t answer. Had to go through dominos customer service to try to get my money back. It was frustrating and pathetic. So here I am with a McDouble, thanks dominos. You gave McDonald’s money.
So I decided because it had been a long day to order some @dominos . I had two free pizza with of points that I decided to cash in, plus two additional, so I placed the order at 5:50p and the app showed it left with my driver at 6:05p. The driver didn't arrive with the pizza until 6:50p, the pizza was cold and looked like it had been dropped. I tried to call the pizza place for help on this and the phone rang for two minutes before disconnecting... Repeatedly. After attempting for almost 20 minutes I decided to take to social media.
