Forgot to leave a review last time! So happy to find a cookie place closer to home! No gluten free options, but the staff was very transparent on any allergen risks and even mentioned other places where my kiddo with the gluten allergy could get a safe cookie! Had a lovely chat with one of the girls about how hard gluten free baking could be. I left a 20% tip, it seems common sense with such a warm environment and seeing all those youngsters working their tails off in the kitchen! Crumbl crew has some gems in it, some of those sweeties really see the big picture. I'll definitely be back ❤

I decided to show up right at opening of the grand opening of this location. It is a good spot, and Mark was awesome he took my order, but they also have self service order option right there in the store as well. Mark explained a few things. Each cookie is 500-1000 calories. Sunday at 7 is when is when the new flavors of the week come out, and there is over 200 different flavors of cookies. They have a point system once you buy $100 worth of cookies you get free $10 worth of cookies which is a cool little program, and all the cookies are made from scratch in store. They even show them to you before you leave, and if they don't look good to you they get you new ones, and I approved my cookies, and opened up again, and as I was talking to Mark he saw one of the cookies broke before I left which didn't bother me, but Mark said that's not up to our standard took it away, and brought me a new one. I told him he didn't have to do it, be he stated it wasn't up to our standard and that is important to us. Mark put this place over the top, and I'll be back because it's a good looking spot with super nice staff. I'll try my cookies when I get home, but they look awesome. Go check it out.
This was easily the best cookie I've ever had in my life (and I've had a few more cookies than I'd like to admit). I went in to get 4 cookies but after seeing them I couldn't help but get 2 more. They're definitely worth the price and the costumer service was amazing. They made sure we were 100% satisfied with our cookies before we left the store. But that's not all they have! I definitely look forward to trying their icecream in the future and they can definitely consider me a new regular there from now on! P.S they had a window to view them making the cookies which made the short wait very interesting.
I’ll start by saying the cookies are extremely rich in flavor and outright delicious. The location has the feel of all the cupcake shops that opened during that wave of openings many years back (2008-2010 ish). Anyway, you can’t go wrong with any choice, but I got the Reese’s, funfetti, chocolate chip, and sugar. If you like cookies then you won’t be disappointed. But it amazes me how much they do charge for these. You can get great cookies at a lot of places. Second, for a grand opening, there were balloons and that’s about it. No samples, no BOGOs, nothing. Lastly, after paying 16 bucks for four cookies the guy asked me if I wanted to tip 15% or 20%. In general I tip 20-25% at restaurants. And sometimes more if that waiter went out of their way. But here, you order, they call your name, and you pick your order. That’s it. Regardless, just made it awkward. Recommend using the self checkout if you’d like to avoid this. Regardless cookies are good. Definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been.
It seemed so amazing inside! I love the open style interior with the clean, modern look. The featured cookies they had were Rocky Road, Caramel Popcorn, Funfetti, and Reeses. So yummy!
So happy to have this location in Edmond - we've been driving out of our way to a further location up to this point. Crumbl makes most other cookies look (and taste) ordinary. This location should do well when people realize it's here.
Absolutely amazing! The employees are so sweet and explained how Crumbl works!! I love how they are making their right cookies in the store for everyone to see!! Everything was so perfect!
