Great burger, great bun, quick service despite being busy, great onion strips, great feench fries. Way better than 5 guys for less than half the price. I would go all the time if I were local.
Pretty Good burgers more bun than meat but overall not a bad burger Fries are Excellent prices are fair and the 3-young men running Colby, s are Very nice and all working their butt off
Burgers were fresh made and hand formed. Line was a little long and I was concerned because there were only 3 employees but we had our food in no time! Great meal. We will be back!
The food is always amazing! Breakfest or lunch. Ive never had anything back from here plus the service is top notch.

I tried Colby’s for the first time a few weeks ago and now I find myself in there like twice a week. I get the breakfast burrito with fresh jalapeños added and it’s filling and goooo-oood ? service is fast and the guys who work there are just such sweet lil treasures. We’re practically BFFs at this point. lol jk. Try it!

Lunch time is very busy but the guy on the grill was impressed me, my order was ready in less than 10 minutes, Gillerm his very attentive to my order and it's great place to stop by
