Delicious ice cream and excellent customer service. My 6 years old talked their ears off and they were perfectly fine with it lol.. Definitely an amazing atmosphere
Took my son here to have a treat before he left for camp. He loved the ice cream, as did I. It was a lot of fun watching how they make each order. It was super crowded though. We can't wait to go again.
Super cute shop, and staff is awesome very attentive but you know they have a blast working there. Icecream is super good too! Inventive flavors and additions, maybe a stale pretzel or two but usually really fresh, and cookies are truly to die for. All in all a wonderful place to stop and have a treat.
It was a slow evening and the staff didn’t seem very psyched to be there. It was concerning that they went from ringing up orders, picking up trash, and working behind the counter to making orders (which involved putting their hands in the ice team and fillings) without changing gloves. Yikes! The ice cream was ok, but the cookie dough filling was crunchy. Why was the cookie dough crunchy? I’m starting to get concerned after reading other reviews about food poising, but so far so good.
So good, so creamy and rich! We love this place. A little pricey, but worth it. They have a variety of their own creations, but of course you can create your own. They have cookies available, too. It would be nice if they had a place to eat outside on warmer days. Otherwise, a great place to stop at for dessert or just because.
It was a bit crowded and loud when we were there. The two on staff were working their tails off and could barely keep up with the orders. We really enjoyed our ice cream and I am most appreciative that they have a dairy free option.
Ice cream was a great compliment to the food and drinks offered in the shops there. The ice cream itself was wonderful and they even offered seasonal flavors for St. Patrick's Day. The staff was super friendly and made the visit super smooth. I think if anything, the decor could use something just a little more though as it looked pretty bare and just plain white interior.
We went three times in 4 days over spring break and even on the busiest night (during a local festival) the service was fast, quality was not sacrificed and they still managed to be extremely personable! My family LOVES Cities!
I liked it! Cute kids cup options - awesome adult creations big enough to share. These are two kids cups. One just vanilla. One strawberry and pineapple.Very cute area to eat dinner as well - lots of outdoor spaces on a great weather day!
