Ever since I moved to Edmond I’ve been going here and only one time was everything great. This location is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to but unfortunately is the closest to me. This time the steak was cold, the salsa tasted like a lime, and I ordered a kids quesadilla and as you can see in the picture they gave me two tortillas. That’s not a quesadilla. Chips were stale and waited 15 minutes past ready time on dirty tables, as usual. I used to love Chipotle and this is really making me regret going. If you want chipotle don’t go to this one. Go to one somewhere else. You will be disappointed in the quality, the portions, the ready time, and cleanliness of the store. I will drive the 6 miles to the other one and am hoping it’s better.
This location has got to be one of the worst locations out there. Every single time I go, the order is missing food or it's completely incorrect. You order extra cheese and they give you none. I'm not joking. This place is a waste of time. The manager basically called me a liar when I showed him the receipt that showed he made it incorrectly. He admitted to making it too. What a joke. I would absolutely love for someone to reach out and discuss this with me. I wasted my money, time, gas, etc. I am disgusted that someone could be so painfully ignorant. You can't even talk to an actual human on the phone. No matter how many times you request a manager. The robot just wants to be a pain.
i was in to get lunch for my boyfriend and myself. i arrive and there is no white rice available, so i wait a few minutes for them to make some. once ready, i go down the line and make it to checkout. i always ask for a side of sour cream and the manager tried to tell me i have to pay for sour cream now. never in 15+ years of eating here have i been charged for a side of sour cream. i informed him of this several times and his response was “well you should of been!”. i left my food with them! they lost a $25 sale for trying to charge me for something their menu doesn’t state i need to pay for!
We're headed downhill here. Came in the evening, the first thing I was greeted with was how many things they were out of (5-6 items). Of what they did have, they were scraping the bottom. They also did not seem very efficient behind the counter. Didn't know who's orders belonged to whom, almost got mine mixed up, customers waiting awhile even though there weren't very many people there. Then I got home and my sour cream was legit sour. Couldn't even eat it. I usually like the food ok, but tonight it was inedible. Take note owners! Take some pride in your store! A few little improvements will go a LONG way. I'm not the only negative review here by far, so come on! You can do better.
This Chipotle has terrible customer service. I went to this chipotle and bought a fountain drink with my meal. When I went to the soda fountain I saw that the only drink I wanted (the only one I like) was out, so I asked to have the drink refunded. They wouldn’t refund me for a drink. Nor did they offer to substitute it for something else or apply what I spent to something else. No refunds and that was final. They dismissed me, and I felt so uncared for!
food is great.not too expensive. dining room is very clean
If you do pickup, your order will never be ready on time, you could go through the line 3x before they would ever bring out your food. I’ve waited up to 30 mins on to go orders, meanwhile people are coming through the line, no problem.
We have had a few positive experiences at this location recently. Our burritos have been stuffed with food and not skimped on. I have not tried to-go orders or carryout but our experience ordering in the store has gone very well for us.
