I ordered a chocolate molten cake and they gave me a tiny salad dressing container with about one small spoon of ice cream and put in a with them hot food to melt.Fries weren’t even warm to touch they were cold and this is how many she only got. I ordered a bowl of potato soup and only got a cup. When I questioned the guy that brought it out curbside his response was“It’s all good”. I asked for ketchup and never received any but they fries were to cold to eat anyway.Just very disappointedSince I come here often
It was my first time ordering from the Chili's app, I ordered a half rack of original ribs, which I get weekly. When the delivery driver arrived I checked the order and could tell from the smell that they had used the wrong sauce on the ribs. I handed the order back to the driver and told him there was a mistake, so he took the food.I received a phone message a few minutes later from someone at Doordash saying they didn't handle returns and I needed to call Chili's. I called Chili's and was given a manager to speak with. My receipt was for "Tex BBQ ribs", which I assumed was different from "Original". When I told the manager this he explained that all the ribs were "Tex BBQ ribs" and went into a lengthy explanation of all the rib options and how they're made. At the end of it all I wasn't sure who made the mistake, but I had no food and was out the money I paid for it... Maybe at least the Doordash driver got a nice free dinner?
Sat for over 10 minutes. Nobody ever came to the table. Hostess was right by us playing on her phone. Got up and left. Nobody noticed.
If I could have left 0 stars I would have. Waited for a table even tho they wasn’t that busy. Once we got seated, we didn’t have menus. Took ten mins to get our drinks. Service was horrible. Nobody looked happy to be there. Remind you it wasn’t that busy but yet it took 50 mins to get our food and received it cold and looked like my beans were warmed up in the microwave. The wife and I wanted to enjoy a meal ans couldn’t do that with waiters/waitress getting snobby and rolling their eyes. We won’t be back.
Had to wait for a while for host/hostist. Gave up and sat at bar. Bartender was great attentive & courteous. The other staff was hard to tell who was the customer or staff as uniforms and dress code no longer exist at this Chili's. Staff seemed to be gathering in kitchen area and not on the floor. Other customers complaining wondering where wait staff was hiding. Food snd service was great at the bar.
There was two of us that went to chilis and we were seated close to the take out door. We waited for over 10 minutes and no one came by to take drink orders or let us know they would be with us shortly. Instead they would look at us and turn around. There was servers just standing around. After nearly 15 minutes we decided to walk out.
This place is just depressing. The food is ok, bar selection is ok but the atmosphere is like death row.No wonder the staff tries so hard to push you out the door. I've never seen a bartender who does NOTHING better than the woman here. No suggestions, no interaction, just what you want, ok, oh here no rush but I punched up your bill on this stupid tablet. Nope not going to suggest a dessert, not going to engage. I'm going over here to talk with the ice cubes.What bar on the planet is DEAD on a Thursday evening?This one. I have given them several chances but this place sucks. Back to Texas roadhouse where there is some fun friendly people.
I may be biased, but I just love Chili’s! The prices are great and the rewards system is fantastic! Great place for a date, but I’d like a little more knowledge on how clean everything in the kitchen is. Then again, that’s kinda part of the experience too! Always a pleasure!
I used to really like Chili's but haven't been in awhile due to the pandemic. Well my first time back was awful. Waited over 75 minutes to get my food (on a weekday) only to find hair in my pasta after taking a few bites. By the time they remade my food it was almost 2 hours total so I just got it to-go. Will 100% never come back to this restaurant.
Overall it was ok. Missed the skillet queso and chicken crispers. So we decided to visit the restaurant of long ago. Having eaten here many times but not for a long time, the visit was ok. Seemed short staffed. Not very organized. But our server was nice. Just kept forgetting things. Overall was good to get some chilis.
