Always have great food and customer service. Drive thru moves quickly and they workers always strive to help you out!!
We usually have fantastic experiences at Chick-fil-A and so we decided to visit while on vacation from out of state. There was one employee working the drive through that completely soured our experience and we were shocked she worked at a Chick-fil-A. She rolled her eyes, barely talked to us, my husband asked a question and she just looked at him blankly (then finally gave us an answer after we waited). When we were done ordering, we said thank you and she muttered, "my pleasure" under her breath in a disapproving, negative tone. The other employee that gave us our food made this a 3 star review and not a 2 star. He was incredibly sweet and helped with the experience. Because of her, we felt like our order would be incorrect so we checked (and usually don't check bc Chick-fil-As are on point with their completion of orders). She did put in our order correctly, also slightly redeeming.
This particular chic fil a management team is below standard for what I expect from chic fil a a resolving issues. They care but the bare minimum. I also used to work at chic fil a so I have expectations and and I’m disappointed. I’m going to go to the one on 33rd st going forward.
The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and we will come back but I cannot rate it 5 stars because they require employees to wear masks.
The only thing better than the food is the customer service given by the young staff. Every other fast food establishment around should take notes on how things are ran and try to implement it to there work environment. Keep up the amazing work Chick-fil-A staff I will see you guys again soon for more of that amazing sweet tea and chicken nuggets

Had to go back through to get a remake of fries because our fries were so undercooked I couldn't eat them. They gave us a remake and they were hardly any better. Yuck.My chicken sandwich also had 2 different pieces of chicken instead of one chicken breast also. I did go ahead and eat it. It tasted fine.Low quality for a CFA for sure. However I would still come here over any McDonald's though. Just saying.
This was the most horrible chic-filet experience I've ever had. In short, I ordered my chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, they forgot to put my sandwich on the bun and when I went up to let them know a worker said he would bring it right out to me. He did and I thanked him, only to get it back to the table and find that it was cold. Then the second time I went up to the front and mentioned that the bun he gave me was cold, he dismissively told me that that's how they come but he could put it though their warmer. I said that'd be great and thanked again, this time when he l loo hisbrought it out to the table, the bun was still cold in the center.I think that I'll probably never go back to any Chic-Filet ever again. Not just because of this one experience but because their food isn't all it's hyped up to be. It's too expensive for what you get anyway. The whole point to my mile-long review is that if you are gluten free, be sure and ask if they'll toast the bun. I'm sure under normal circumstances it would be their pleasure. Pfft...
Great food. Super fast service. So fast in fact that they had our food in hand ready to go before we finished paying for it. They took fast food and made it lightening fast and affordable.
Had 5 buses stop and come to this location at the same time without warning, and the employees were still so great at efficiency and service. As someone who worked in food service I know how hard it is to face a rush 1/5 of the size while still being friendly and fast. They did such a great job at this location, and everyone was so impressed. HIGHLY recommend!
