I ordered lunch for a friend and I, had to wait longer than usual for our meals and then when we got home to eat, we realized we were missing a whole chicken sandwich meal. Nearly $30 and I got shorted my friends whole meal. Not happy about this inconvenience.
I walked in to pick up my order thru the app. I stood there 25 minutes waiting. Others walked in and ordered and got food sooner. Finally I went to the register to inquire. The worker told me my order was over on the shelf where Door Dash etc pick up. My name was not called. Apparently they walked by me to put it on the shelf. I was about 14" away from the shelf. Totally unacceptable.
Quick summary: based on what I expect of a well-run fast food place, and Chick-Fil-A in particular. We stopped here for lunch on our road trip, This is a well-run Chick-Fil-A. We ordered the basic sandwiches, one the spicy version with a meal. All was fresh and tasty. If you don't know Chick-Fil-A: specialized in chicken sandwiches and wraps as fast food. Order t the counter, and they will deliver to the table. ...or take out. This is a popular busy place at lunch, but they handled the crowd well. Clean restrooms and restaurant. We'd be happy to stop again.
Ordered a large fry and this is what I got. Come on CFA. You guys do so well at everything else but this is not the first time this has happened. If someone pays for a large fry they should be given a large fry. And no, none were eaten before this photo. Just sad.
Always great customer service. Staff are courteous and you can feel genuine friendliness displayed. Lines are usually long during peak hours. Sometimes I order delivery instead when lazy to drive out there. Really love their lemonade.

Always great service. Always great chicken. The buffalo sauce is my favorite buffalo sauce I’ve ever had. From anywhere. Also the diet lemonade is made with Splenda and crack. Or that would be the assumption from how often I’m rolling through there to get one. So the take always that you didn’t already know… Best lemonade. Best buffalo sauce.
My Chick-fil-a people always take good care of me! Great crew, prompt, precise, and very friendly! Drive thru or dine, they gotcha covered.
I highly recommend the Kale Crunch Salad, nuggets and the fruit salad. These are my favorites. However. I like almost all items on the menu. Whether you go through the drive thru, curbside pickup or dine in; this place gets my vote.
Chick-fil-A is the epitome of customer service for drive-thru, pick-up and curbside orders. Plus the app is a cut above other fast food restaurants.
