It's honestly a shame. The restaurant has gone downhill in a major way. Our order hasn't been correct the last 4 times we have ordered. The management team aren't actively supervising their employees, they have some rude and just generally mean employees that have made my wife and my mother cry in frustration because of how rude and un helpful she was. We have given our complaints to the Managers here and NOTHING has gotten better. It's sad. Chic fil a used to be the standard for customer service and getting it right. What happened? This has been a 3 month battle with these guys at least simply because my wife and son are too stubborn to stop going. We will no longer be returning to this location for any reason.
Who doesn’t love this place?! Two Deluxe chicken sandwich combo meals, and a grilled nuggets kids meal…used some of my rewards points in my app, and it came down from $24 to $14! Great service and yummy food!
I love going to this chick-fil-a for several reasons but mainly I love it due to the employees. The employees care and make sure you are satisfied with your food before you leave. Jackson is one of my favorite people to see at the register because I know he will make sure I get my food fast, I have everything I need, and that I’m satisfied with my meal before leaving. Jackson works so hard and is clearly such a helpful employee to not only customers but to fellow coworkers. He is a great leader and kind to anyone he comes in contact with.
As always Chick-fil-A is a good restaurant, always has been and always will be. Thank you such for the great food and awesome customer service.
Ok I love this place so much… but I’m eating in the car and here goes a worker literally sprinting across the parking lot to the customer pulling away giving them the rest of their order I mean that’s super impressive….
The food was good but not sure if I will bring the family back again. $86 for dinner for 5 people is a bit much in my opinion for fast food
Only been here once, but they got my order wrong. No screen or receipt so idk if I was charged correctly or not. Nice though so two stars
Very organized! The chicken sandwiches are the best and always fresh! And I never received a messed up order! There drive through service is top notch. Best fast food customer service experience, hands down!
They never fill the fry carton to the top. Other than that it’s good!
I don’t know if they have ever got an order right All the way through. If you can go to 33rd or quail or I35. This one is so frustrating.
