Today I visited the Edmond location, great Potato Soup , and bread. All our meals were great. As a Purple Heart Veteran I had several staff members come by and thank me for my service. Also the Manager on duty Jeremy visited with us and advised me of Charleston’s policy of giving veterans a discount . Proud to Salute the staff and management . Master-Chief Larry
The service was amazing considering what I’ve received in other so called fine dining establishments as of late. Appetizer (spinach/artichoke dip) was almost filling. I’ve had the Top Sirloin but wasn’t impressed. Wife had the Chicken Fry and it was awesome. Definitely no lack of personnel waiting on us.

The pork chops were good just a tad bit tough even when I ordered it medium and not well done. The salmon pictured was raw and the manager told us that it was sushi grade salmon and that's the reason the Salmon was raw in the middle which was a lame excuse to not comp the meal. Also the potatoes were very cold and although they did bring out new ones which were good and fresh the manager made excuse after excuse and was very short with us when it came to providing exceptional customer service to us as the customer.
The service there is great but it used to be a go to for ribs. Now they dont pull the membrane off the back like they used to and it’s disgusting to eat, not to mention past few times we’ve been there we have had to send our food back for being ice cold and had pink chicken fingers. For a $80-$100 meal there is much better restaurants
Usually, Charleston's hits it out of the park with food quality and service. Today, not so much. Had a somewhat expensive steak for lunch - tasted like it was doused in some sort of chemical liquid smoke flavoring? It was almost inedible. The carrots were outstanding though.The usual efficient and effective service was also absent. When we discovered the horrors of the steak taste, our server disappeared for about 20 minutes. I finally went and chased the manager around to ask what was up with the steaks - he had them make new ones and stated that "we use a real wood fired grill". Well something was WRONG - did they douse the wood with lighter fluid? The replacement steaks were also horrendous. I give up. Next business lunch, I will probably go elsewhere.This made me sad.
We have eaten here multiple times with family, friends, and just my husband and I and have been pleased every time we have been here. The food has always been good and what you would expect from Charleston's and the service was great too. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend them.
The 18oz Prime Rib was the best I've had. Fries were perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend the nut brownie with vanilla ice cream. Can easily feed 3 people.

The chicken piccata was just okay, not spectacular.Evidently the chicken tenders are super good but I did not get that. The carrot glazed carrots were superb.
