I went through the drive thru there was only one vehicle in front of me. The person greets me asking to take my order I tell her I want a steak and egg burrito while she is talking over me which I assume is another employee about someone elses order. Then I ask if they have iced coffee she sighs really hard and say hold on. I wait 15 minutes(the drive thru once in it can't leave until the person in front of you is done) so I wait and I think maybe they are under staffed and I will have patience with that. Well I keep waiting finally I say hello and she say go ahead with your order. I tell her again I want a steak and egg burrito and ask again if they have iced coffee she says no we don't have iced coffee and it is on their drive thru menu because at this point I had Bern sitting there long enough to see the menu and saw it. So I go okay then I will just have the steak and egg burrito. She said $4.97 pull around. I pay for my burrito drive off get to where I can eat my burrito and it has barely anything in it. Some egg and cheese and a little bit of bacon. I look at my receipt and I was charged for a loaded breakfast burrito. So I call the restaurant and I assume it is the manager that answers and I proceed to tell her what went on she interrupts me everytime telling me her staff is new and that they can make me another burrito. She also let's me know they don't have a steak and egg burrito. So then I go to tell her that customer service is lacking and she interrupts me again and tells me her place is doing great and then hangs up on me. So I do not recommend going to this Carl's Jr.
Asked for large shake, was informed they only have one size. Said ok, no whipped cream please. Payed at the window, was given the shake half of which was whipped cream. Reminded employees I didn’t want the whip, she said, sorry my fault. They made another and handed it to me. The cup was literally half full, no pun intended. As I’m driving away I look to the window and see the employee giving me a nasty look. I just drove away and accepted the worlds smallest milkshake. This is one way to piss of a pregnant lady. Will never go to this location again and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either after reading other reviews. Employees stood around talking more than working, my order was wrong up incorrectly and wasn't corrected after I walked up and talked to the staff. Lobby was dirty and tables where not wiped down,food took along time to be made it .
For a quick breakfast(Breakfast Platter) it was ok. Friendly service, quick to get the order out.
This place offers lettuce wraps in all of their food which is a low carb godsend and I thoroughly enjoyed my food and it was cooked excellent. We ordered for four people and everything turned out great. This place is never having too much business and that's sad because it's a great little place and the food is very affordable and the burgers are huge. Fries and onion rings are good as well.
always good food. surprises' me that McDonald's is always full, and there food and service is lousy, carls is the best, best bfast
They really need to speed up the process. I know it's a pandemic, but 2 cars in drive thru. It takes 10 minutes to get my food. Food was good though. Good onion rings.
On 01/10/2022 I came to the drive thru around 1:12 and had some lady take my order. I asked for a 2 orders of the #3 when I got my bag I saw 2 onion rings and 2 sandwiches are in and assumed I had everything, I mean how hard is it to ring up 2 of the identical orders?? Not hard at all, but the lady who rang it up looks like she’s on dope so idk. But come to find out I have 2 different sandwiches and I tried calling the store like 10 plus times and no one answered. DOUBLE CHECKING ALL MY ORDERS IDC IF THE LINE PILES UP
Food always good but it did take 42min to get food but even though it was cold you can’t go wrong with the western bacon cheese burger
Employees are friendly and service was excellent the dining room was clean everything was well stocked thanks guys !
