The girl working drive-thru tonight was super-friendly. I placed an online order & it was being prepared fresh. When I got to the window, she apologized for the wait and offered me a free drink. I was happy that they have a Coke Freestyle machine with Barq's Cream Soda. That plus the food being delicious, this was truly an enjoyable visit. ?

Being a franchise resturant the food and prices are standard. But my complements to the staff of this restaurant. They are professional and courteous. Something you don't usually find in fast food

This place is horrible and the management doesn't care. Crew is only as good as their leader. Yall have problems. They pull you up and still give you cold food. At least the fries were hot today. The management here is terrible, but the good is worse. I have never experienced a Burger King this awful . Doesn't matter what time you go !
On a cold dark December night, I was all alone with a WHOPPER of an appetite...off in the distance I see a beautiful shimmering sight... A friendly BURGER KING sign... I wheeled right in and ordered a number 1... It's good to have a number 1 in your life... With the juicy number 1 I crushed that WHOPPER of an appetite and lived!
Went for the Anniversary .37 burger. Got to the window and the boy there couldn't comprehend that he needed to enter the code to get the burger for the advertised code. Brought the manager to the window and she said id have to go back around to the speaker, wait another 15 min and order again to order the same burger. I asked if she could input it there since I was at the window and no one at the speaker asked for the code. She called me a liar and said the person that took the order said she asked me for the code which she did not or I wouldve given it to her from my app. I'm not sure who is training these individuals but customer service here is TERRIBLE!! Will never return to this location. Every employee there needs training or to be fired.
Love Burger King. The new Spicy Ch'King sandwich is a little weird but so good. We love their breakfast and everything else. Parking is kind of a nightmare as the drive thru line sits right behind you so you should error on the side of caution and park in the back and walk around.
