Yummy food and great service. Lots of beer on tap and sports playing on the TV's. What more can you ask for.

How does this count as a 6 piece? And the traditional looks like they got fried to death.UPDATE: I reached out to them like They asked. After giving them my full name. Address. Birthday. Phone number. A bunch of personal information, they responded with “We will be addressing this with the location”. They absolutely refuse to tell me why they needed all my personal information. No refund. No response. No nothing. Trash.

I made the mistake of ordering take out. After waiting on the phone for 17 minutes I ordered. When they finally handed me my order, the food it was all cold. I waited for 15 minutes for cold food. They didn't provide me with napkins or silverware, I had to ask. This was such a waste of money & a meal. My husband didn't even eat his. I tried to reheat in the oven with no luck. I live only 10 minutes from the location. I received my food cold & dried out. It is apparent they forgot about me & left my food under a heat lamp. Very dissatisfied, the food was very dry to begin with. Find a better location or better restaurant all together. Do not waste your time. I do not plan to eat any buffalo wild wings again. Save your money & appetite for a deserving company.

We went to this location recently, and often go to this location because it’s close. We like the their food, but every time we go we have pretty bad service. This time we walked in and there was no one at the host stand. It seems like this happens frequently. Another person who came in after us went looking for someone to sit us. We almost left, but we were too hungry to look for something else at the time. It took a minute for the waiter to get our drink order and also food order. The waiters and waitresses all seem to do their jobs with the least effort possible. And they also need to clean the table areas a little better. There’s hardly anyone ever inside so I have no idea why it takes so long with service. And sometimes the food comes out and it’s cold. This place just needs some better management overall.

My wife and I arrived for lunch at 11:30 on Wednesday. The restaurant was almost empty, only a few tables were occupied. The girl at the front desk told us it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table even though there were plenty of open tables in the dining area. So we opted to sit at the high chairs in the bar area. This was just the beginning. Every single waitress walking around looked miserable. Nobody smiled at all. Our waitress took our drink order then our food order. We both ordered 10 traditional wings but my wife ordered all flats, which she got. But, they must have put all of her chicken legs on my order because I had only a single, flat and 9 legs. The waitress never checked on us, I had to flag another waitress down to ask for napkins and we wipes. Unbelievable. We had no napkins! Also, nothing to put our bones in. We also ordered some wings and fries to take home for our son. And, when paying our bill, I asked our waitress if we could buy a bottle of the Parmesan garlic sauce. She said we’d have to get that at the front. So, we walked to the front. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me. There were some customers getting food to go so I waited patiently while the counter girl took care of them. Two other customers came in and she took their order. Finally, after watching 3 girls miserably walking around and ignoring us, including our waitress who had told us we needed to go there for the sauce, I asked the girl at the counter if I could order something. My wife was boiling mad at this point and told me to forget it. So we left. By far the slowest and most depressing visit ever to a BWW.

Great atmosphere, excellent wings and efficient service.

This location has gotten progressively worse with each visit over the years. Here’s my latest… My wife and I arrived for lunch at 11:30 on Wednesday. I always love going to this place for a drink. Needless to say, they have plenty of things to try not only in terms of drinking, but also for eating. Being a vegetarian, I am very pleased that they have the cauliflower wings. Cauliflower wings in Thai sauce is my favorite out of all the sauces. Never been to this place on a big game day or weekends, but, usually seating is not a problem at all. They have got huge TVs everywhere that makes it easier for the sports fan. The lady behind the bar is one of the friendliest person I have come across.

If you’re looking for a quick sit-down meal, I would go somewhere else. More often than not we are surprised if we get our order in a timely manner (30 minutes or less). The waiters/waitresses are very friendly and usually very helpful. While I understand staffing shortages, the issues are not recent and have happened consistently for the last few years. This is my wife’s favorite chain, but not our favorite location because of the speed of service. If you’re looking for accurate to-go orders, I would order somewhere else. I feel comfortable saying that every take out/delivery order we have made has had something wrong, missing, or received cold. Tonight, the young lady working the take-out counter rolled her eyes and seemed offended when I said there were missing items. When I walked in she was busy using her cell phone, and went back to her phone after she cashed my order out and while I waited.

Need to work on their kitchen staff. The waiters were on top of it though. Got traditional wings hot out of the kitchen and thew were very untender. I recommend boneless wings and not the tacos.
