Went through the drive through ordered salad and two drinks they did not put any utensils or straws in the bag had to make two trips into the store to get straws and utensils. Talk to the manager who basically did nothing or it seemed like they didn't care. So if you go through the drive-through at the store they sure they get everything in your sack before you pull away.
The employees here are very slow and lack any customer service. We frequent this braums because it’s close by but when I approach the counter or drive thru window, they hardly open their mouth to speak, let alone smile to greet the customer. I’ve asked for an item they left out of the bag and the guy rolled his eyes grabbed the item and shoved it into my hand and before I could thank him, the window shut and he was gone. Of course there are the few who are more personable (for lack of a better word). I’ve worked fast food and the service industry for decade+ and I know what it takes, so there are not excuses. This location needs an employee remodel or maybe better leaders for a better environment. ?♀️ good luck to them.
Please clean your restaurant.Every day focus on one part of your resturant .... then after a week hopefully you have nice clean dining room.
Food was awesome and cashier was very friendly. Very unique restaurant would recommend.
The place was sorta dirty, napkin holder was empty the order takers were happy to give you some. Employees were helpful and polite.
Food excellent, very good people working behind counter, new in town but definitely will return soon. Grocery Dept. Was clean an neat with a great fresh selection of Braum's items. 5 stars for all all !!
Food & Ice Cream are always, but dining room is always disgusting.
Pretty generic ice cream place that serves burgers and the such otherwise. We got there late and most of the ice creams were out, and the burgers were pretty tough/buns were hard. Maybe it would be better at a more normal time, staff was nice and place was fairly clean.
Stopped here for lunch, ordered the #8 crispy, they forgot my bacon and cheese, went back in to get it fixed, chicken was not fresh at all, and it was horribly put together, more like thrown together considering all the lettuce and bacon fell out every where while I was unwrapping it!
Went for breakfast right when they opened and ended up walking out. Looked over the register and absolute filth. Someone didn't clean after the night before. Flies were everywhere. The cook had to run outside to get the cashier who had been out there for awhile ( the lady ahead of us told me that) Someone needs to come in and properly train their employees and clean that place up or shut it down.
