Too many chiefs, not enough warriors. Waited 5 minutes with no one in front of me. Trying just to order a burger combo. They basically looked right through me. Never said hi or can I help you. So we got Ice-cream. The bill was like $5. It would have been around a $25 check. Poor service, especially when they can't even say hi. Here's a picture.
Seem to be going downhill. Bathrooms are dirty most of the time. Order a chocolate Sunday with hot fudge. They gave a vanilla ice cream Sunday. When I said it was supposed to be chocolate the lady gave me attitude and said next time tell them when ordering. I said I did and it even said chocolate on the receipt. So her and her 2 co-workers gave me attitude.
I ordered one of my meals bun less and asked that my sandwich be made with lettuce instead of bread and this is what I received
Braums is another fast food place that really depends on the service staff and there current mode at the time of sale. Most time it goes better than the other big names in the fast food industry.
Daniel was an exceptional person he not only resolved our issue with onions on the second order, that we are allergic to and show the will to fix and compassion as a person. Plus re made the chicken sandwich that was cold due to having to drive back to store for correction. Jessica was rude, unwilling to resolve our issue. Immediately said she wasn't able to fix our problem, although we made a call before returning. Jessica didnt show good customer service.
Big BIG props to the Braum's Store on 178th & Santa Fe for staying open in the snow today. Thank you for the workers working during these conditions so we can get our supplies.
FOOD POISONING! Don’t care about customer health. Was headed out of town grabbed breakfast. Has caused me $256 total narrowing back down to braums food poisoned me. Tried calling store to let them know but no one answered. Called 16 times. Seems they don’t care about their customers health
They got our order wrong the last 3 times. The food is good though, especially their fries and ice cream. They have seasonal ice cream flavors too.
Staff is great and friendly. Love the ice cream.
Went in for steak finger dinner asked for a vanilla coke which DQ used to have couldn't get vanilla coke because none knew how to put vanilla in a cup, then sat down after ordering ,,,, then they came and told us they didn't have steak fingers , so got my money back and left.
