I visited on Sunday morning with my 2 children. We went through the drive thru. We waited in line for several minutes, get to the order kiosk and begin ordering a breakfast burrito. The girl tells us they are on the lunch menu. I was surprised…I look at the clock, it’s 10:36am. I ask the girl if she can make an exception since it’s only 6 minutes past and we had been in line since well before 10:30. “We’re on lunch menu.”We didn’t order anything at all and literally backed out of the drive thru lane to leave.I don’t normally do stuff like that, but I gotta tell ya…10:30am on a Sunday morning…some of us just aren’t ready for lunch. I was pretty disappointed.
Better quality of cherry limeades and food than other braums stores, but I don’t appreciate being up-charged for no reason. If I verbally ask for a junior shake with a #15 please do not automatically upcharge me to a medium. It’s insulting to treat customers like they are stupid and just fall for the constant up-charging. (Yes, I looked at the screen where I saw they up charged me to a small, thought ok fine whatever..got to the window and my receipt was for a medium. Like what?? Lol)(Side Note: I used to work at braums and they told us you verbally ask customers before upcharging, it’s just basic human decency)
One of the best stores in this locality. People here are very friendly. I have been to this place on numerous occasions for different purposes. Needless to say, they have plenty of varieties of ice creams, and if you are in need of basic groceries, or some good breakfast, and / or coffee, this is the place to go to. Considering the fact that there are many restaurants in an around E33rd St, this is a very good place to have desserts. I particularly like their breakfast combo where you can have bagels which have plenty of varieties to choose from, hash browns, and a small coffee all within $5. Cheers once again to the friendly staffs.
I stopped in around 9:30 pm and they were hopping! To my pleasant surprise they had not only 1 but 2 sugar free flavors. The mgr. took care of me in a pleasant, quick and professional manner. This store will definitely be on my short list of repeat visits!!
Love Braum's!! It's our go to for ice cream always, and fir great burgers! Love that I can still afford to take the family to eat out or have a delicious treat! It's great having a grocery store right there too. One stop shop!
Braums is a great restaurant for their third pound burgers.. Fries are really great also.. They also have some great flavors of ice cream.. Along with shakes and malts.. Recommend trying any of your local Braums!
The food was amazing, but my ice coffee was super watered down. The staff was very understanding about it all though and gave me a refund.
I dont know why but this particular braum’s ALWAYS makes the best food and have great portions. I’ve been to 10 other braum’s stores on a weekly basis and none of them operate like this Edmond location.
Store is fairly clean and the icecream is the best. Customer service is not overly friendly. However, food was made to order and hot. Very good!
We always have to do a meal at a Braum's when we come back into the area.Great as usual!
