We are from out of town and decided we needed some ice cream after watching college baseball. We were in drive thru line at 1030 and it took till 1045 to get to the order window. A female voice came thru the speaker and said we close at 1045 and look forward to serving you tomorrow. What a bunch of junk to be in line 15 minutes and then they wouldn't serve us. Not a good memory for out of towers. Will never go to a Braum's again.
The customer service was amazing, but there was trash in lobby I know it gets busy so maybe hire someone to clean up the lobby often a clean restaurant is a happy restaurant ?.
The ice cream here was delicious. And it wasn't dripping out of the cup like other fast food restaurants usually do it.
Clean, friendly and usually always gets the order correct.Just don't try to visit during the infestation of the heathens from the school next door around 2:30 to 3pm. It's nearly impossible to access the parking lot or even leave the parking lot due to the rude parents that completely pack the parking lot to pick up their kids. I'm amazed Braums continues to allow such use of their property when it costs them business.
Braum's is almost 98% of the time one of the most clean, consistent, friendly, quality values in fast food I have found. The fries are always the best, the burgers always taste great, the ice cream is to die for (although there was no German chocolate last time but the chocolate macaroon substitute was out of this world good.) I always find myself back at Braum's.
Quality and prices are great. Customer service is a little lack luster. I gave a broken open container of ice cream to the sales rep cleaning the floor and he was visibly irritated that he had to do something with it. I work in the service industry so maybe he just had a bad day. Either way his people skills need improvement.
This Braums location is always good, somewhat fresh food, hot fries, decent juicy burgers, the buns cpuld be improved (few occasions where they tasted stale), fresh tomatoes are always good (every once in a while soggy, chili is excellent, chicken breast sandwiches are good, customer service is alright as you have to be very specific and always check your order before leaving and their breakfast burritos are better than any fast food place around!! Their ice cream is always excellent also the shakes and malts are flavorful! Store is always clean and employees are mostly helpful. Recommended this location! Suport local fast food chains....

Great ice cream; if you like chocolate milk they have the best I have ever drank.
