We went to this location to eat at 6:00pm on a Saturday evening. When we were parking, there was a worker standing outside taking a smoke break. He went inside and we went to the entrance, but the doors were locked. We could see workers inside and people in the drive thru were being helped but I guess they didn’t want anyone dining inside. There were no signs or information warning that the dining room was closed.
It is very obvious from reading the previous bad reviews that Ownership, Management and the rude people working at this location won't care about this review. I have NEVER in my life been cussed at by 2 separate employees in a Drive Thru. I almost called the police as a gentlemen came out of the store to yell and cuss at me after I asked for the lady's name after she cussed at me. I am completely baffled how a business can run like this but to each their own. I hope that the employees at this store realize there are bigger and better opportunities in this world and safer/friendlier environments to work in.If you do visit this location, make sure you don't bring your kids or your mother with you. There are plenty of other options in Edmond to eat and I will guarantee that you will never see me at another Arby's, in Edmond or any other city.
I ordered the 2 for $6 fish sandwiches. The taste of the fish is yummy ? it just wasn't hot. Just warm. ? The next time I go I will definitely ask them to drop my fish to order. Thanks. Stay Safe Everyone?❤???
Twice now we have had to deal with an awfully hateful woman working the counter or drive thru window !!!She cut my wife off ordering from the box told her to pull around and didn’t let us finish ordering because she was irritated We go in the restaurant and the woman is equally just as mean and hateful to her fellow staff as she is customers ! We will go out of our from now on to go to the broadway location
Their premium chicken nuggets are way better than any other fast food chain!
Awful. Both drinks were wrong, fries were wrong and all food was cold. They need to have an adult supervising the teenagers.
Terrible experience. First of all they "couldn't make shakes", which I always find suspicious. I know it sucks cleaning those machines and I immediately assume that it's just laziness.All that is aside the point. The biggest complaint is that they gave our food to the person in front of us and then when that person brought it back in, they then gave it to us. So, I ended with food, that left the window in someone else's car and came back to the store. It was cold and probably touched by strangers. When I asked the guy at the window he stutter and said that what we saw didn't happen and he just "didn't read the ticket good."Which takes me back to the first statement. If he would lie about my food being potentially contaminated, he most certainly wasn't going to be truthful about making a shake.
The food was good and well cooked. I had an Arby’s Super and the wife had the 4 piece chicken nuggets, they were all white meat and good. If Arby’s lacks anything it is good French fries.
This Arby's roast beef was phenomenal, easily the best Arby's sandwich I've had in years-not to sound biased, but it looked to be staffed entirely by teenage men as well so I was pleasantly surprised lol
Customer service was amazing!!! Worker was so so nice and they had the food out quickly! It was cool to watch them all work as a team and do a great job!
