I really enjoy the photography around this place. The environment is nice, clean and the drinks are delicious. They have sugar free options, many places don't! I haven't tried their food, but I definitely will be!

I've been to this location several times now for meetings. I will choose other places for several reasons: The staff is more interested in their cell phones than customers. The house coffee is $4 and not fresh (why - that's your business!). I'd rather meet at McDonalds than here.

The staff is incredible! Some of the customers act very privileged so I applaud Micah for keeping his patience with many of them. Smells great and is very clean. Very cozy spot with some great teas. I would recommend trying the all about shrimp roll, it was amazing!

Micah was extremely professional, polite and helpful. Even after not receiving a tip when we placed our order he never got an attitude and still provided great service. He definitely deserved a tip and even though he was the only one behind the counter he still brought our food out to us. This was our first visit and we were both pleasantly surprised with our experience. They offer a 15% discount for students with a valid ID. The place was immaculately clean, the music playing was not to loud or crazy. The temperature inside was nice, not to cold and wasn't warm (outside temps were in the 80s). We weren't expecting anyone to bring out our food or drinks to us like most coffee shops, but they did and did it for others as well. They offer a wide selection of fresh desserts, that come from California and the Cheesecake factory. So if the dessert is bad it's not because of their cooking skills. Their miso soup and sushi are absolutely delicious and are not premade but are made fresh right at the location. The sushi portion was one of the larger servings of sushi I've personally seen in the metro area.I would definitely recommend visiting around 5 to 6 pm. They also offer free wifi access for those that want to use their tablets or laptops. There was also plenty of seating and the place has a comfy, spacious and open atmosphere. Their were also no overwhelming smells or aromas like most coffee shops. My wife greatly appreciated that it didn't smell like coffee.

While the coffee is always good, and AAC is a great study spot.. I find it very odd that the closing staff passive aggressively starts shooing people out the door at 8:30 (by mopping, turning lights off, and flashing lights) when they close at 9.. I asked one staff member, if they closed at 9 and he said “we’ll yeah but we just start closing when everyone leaves.” I clearly was still studying, but left reluctantly. This is the second time in 2 weeks that the same exact thing happened.

What a disappointing evening for us. We had friends in from out of town, combined we had seven kids in the house this week. Tonight, we decided to leave the kids at home so we could have some time just the four of us away from the kids, our one break this whole week. We stopped in at AAC. The person helping us was less than enthusiastic about helping us. One of our friends has some pretty severe dietary restrictions/allergies so she asked if the Perrier's were flavored or plain. He didn't offer to check just said "Um, yeah, i think plain" So, she ordered one (thankfully it was). No smile, not really offering to help much with any of the questions we might have had. But, ok, we can get beyond that, no problem. When we arrived at about 7:00 the atmosphere was good. Great temperature, soft music (we chose AAC because the music is not loud like at Starbucks or other places so we could actually have a conversation). About 7:45 or so suddenly the a/c came on and stayed on until we left... it was COLD (it was actually warmer outside when we left, still cold, but warmer, so there was no need for the a/c)... the music also got noticeably louder as the evening wore on... and the young man started mopping the floors right along side and near our table (remember, my friend who has horrible allergies/reactions UHG... not that we expected him to know she has challenges, but still, to be actively mopping is still inconsiderate, it only made matters worse that the chemicals started to bother our friend) but we ignored it and stayed because again, out of state friends, last night... at 8:30 the young man who took our order came out of the back area and announced in his best stage voice.. "We have reached the last half hour before closing. Thank you for coming." And, it was at that point that the music switched from your standard fare to "We don't talk about Bruno" and the rest of the Encanto sound track... Um? Do you want us to leave? You're open to 9 right? It just felt terribly odd and unwelcoming.Shortly after his announcement and retreat to the back room, once again, the first set of lights went off (like 5 minutes after the announcement). It was at this point the other two people who had been there got up and left..We decided at 8:45 we had had enough of feeling quite unwelcome, so we tidied up and headed out.. As SOON as we had left the building, the rest of the front of house lights went off. Wow.I may give AAC one more shot because my first experience there was decent, but if I see that particular server at the till... I just might change my mind. I'm always loathe to right a bad review, but this evening was just such a super disappointment as it felt like an important night for us and it just felt like we were treated so rudely. I'm all about grace, if there was some sort of situation where they needed to close early, surely one of the three people working could have come to us and explained. We are very understanding people, but... yeah... this was a bit much.

3 out of 5 service. Both the chocolate brownie and chocolate cake I have had in the the two times I have been here have tasted bland and were over priced for their quality. ($5.50 for a bland, small Brownie S’more is not it) Miso soup was served to me completely cold and I had to ask for it to be warmed up. Pros: Sushi was good, clean bathrooms, charging ports near many of the seats

Cozy atmosphere and fun food! I always wanna try something news but the usual I get is so tasty that I keep ordering the same thing ?

My wife and I stopped in tonight to sit and have drinks. We asked specifically for mugs since we planned on chatting and were given to go cups instead. The drinks were so hot that we ended up leaving after 20 minutes. It was nearly 45 minutes later until we were even able to try them. My wife’s drink smelled and tasted like a hamster cage and mine tasted like almost nothing at all. This is now the third time in a row where this barista (I believe his name’s Micah) has served us horrible drinks that were way too hot.

Horrible service, and horrible cakes. They were dry, bland and lacked any kind of flavor. There was some kind of chocolate on top that tasted like soap. One piece was also half the size of the other and was barely a sliver of cake.....not going back.
