We just walked out, after paying for TWO meals that tasted like dishwater so we didn't eat them. Literally the worst TexMex I've had in the entire state, the waiter didn't do anything but drop the check when I tried to tell him it was awful and we didn't need boxes because it was inedible. I got something that was supposed to have fajita meat that was basically boiled, unseasoned meat. My kid got the blandest enchiladas that also tasted like dishwater. ?
We just ate for the first and last time at 3 Tequilas. My wife's taco was a soggy mess and the cheese sauce is probably out of a can. My rice was wet and soggy. This is not the place for authentic Mexican food. Let me add that my wife's margarita on the rocks was mostly rocks.
Excellent food and service. Our order was delivered quick, hot, and just as described. The restaurant was not really busy and we were seated immediately upon our arrival. Our waiter was was courteous and attentive. The price was very good for the portion size. Two of us had to get to go boxes. Would definitely eat there again.
This place is meant to entertain only the most basic of people. The food is bland slop, the drinks look like someone doesn't understand when to stop, and the prices for everything is outrages.Do yourself a favor, and go to a local taco truck instead. Anyone will do. The only good thing about this place is how kind and professional the staff is. Which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. That and it's at least not as horrible as Chelino's.
I don’t usually eat at less mainstream places, but this one came as a recommendation so I figured why not? The people are super friendly and courteous. The food is hot and came out in record speeds. I mean fast and tasted great? What else can I say? Don’t pass it up. Real and authentic !!!!!
Very impressed with this place! Ridiculously good margaritas and chicken fajitas. Definitely recommend. ETA 2/14/22 – after waiting on hold for 24 minutes to place a to go order, I drove there to place it in person (really had my heart set on fajitas that night!)...was surprised that upon speaking with the manager, showing him on my phone that I was still on hold (he picked up the phone and I said hello! into my receiver; it did that feedback sound so he knew it was me on the other line) and finally placing the order with him, he offered no apology, no excuses, and no discount. I asked about the possibility of a discount and was told "we don't do that." I've definitely never heard that from a presumably customer-oriented business before!I still stand by my review of the food and drinks, but the customer service is lacking, to put it mildly, and potential customers should know that this restaurant won't make it right if they mess up. Not a huge thing for my small order but if you're in a big group, mistakes resulting in your frustration and inconvenience could *also* cost you serious $$$. Even if a business refuses to offer a discount, at least apologize for keeping a loyal customer (or any customer, really) on hold for half an hour! I have recommended this restaurant to many people and am dismayed to learn after all this time that they don't place much value on their customers' experiences.Food/Drinks = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Customer Service = ⭐
I absolutely love 3 Tequilas. I’ve been to the Tulsa location countless times. This was my first time to the one Edmond. Didn’t even know there was one here. Anywho, first impression was that the dining seating was really really tight and small. The building was super old and had kind of a bad smell. We were seated at a dirty table. We asked if someone could wipe it down and they came with a dry towel and wiped it.. didn’t do much at all. And in the midst of COVID, I would hope they are cleaning tables with actual cleaning supplies and disinfectant. We asked someone to come back and actually CLEAN the table. The queso was literally dripping like water, super runny. Again, I’ve been to the one in Tulsa numerous times and the queso was never bad, it’s actually my favorite part outside of drinks. Our server spent more time flirting with the bartender than actually serving us. Had to get several other servers to help when our server failed to be attentive. Food was subpar. Tulsa’s location was much much better. Don’t think I’ll be going back to Edmond’s seeing as the standard there is much lower than other location.
I ate at 3 Tequilas recently and I have to say…..Where has this place been all my life!!! To start, the food choices are great! You have your standard Tex-Mex as well as some more traditional fare. Next let’s talk about why they call this place 3 Tequilas (from my point of view)! The drinks here are amazing! Good flavor, long pours (if you know what I mean!) and no shortage of selection! If you had a bad day at work, stop in, and have some comforting food, and a drink that will make you leave in a better mood than when you started! Take it from Grumble! I love this place!
So I’ve heard great things about the one in Tulsa, so was super excited to try this one out. Surpassed expectations. Building is a little strange (probably was something else prior), but man oh man was the good delicious. Chips, salsa (smooth), queso, and tortillas immediately brought to your table. Oh and whatever marg size you were planning on getting, maybe go down a size ;)
I haven't had amazing Mexican food in a while. Referral from local business.Lunch menu pick 3 or 4 worth it. I had shredded chicken tacos, guacamole, and grilled vegetables (cauliflower, zucchini, mushrooms). Chips and salsa includes white queso, and you can ask for hot salsa, and salsa verde.Wonderful service with Ricardo (after 12pm on a weekday.)
