Yummy food!!! Friendly atmosphere

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Wait times are horrendous, don't go on your lunch break! It's typical that by the time I actually receive my order, everything is cold. Something needs to change. I gave them a last chance Saturday and I will not be back to the Broken Arrow location. They weren't even that busy, my food was handed to the wrong car in the drive thru and they remade it without letting me know. I went in to ask what the issue was and they said it would be about 1 minute on my onion rings, it was actually +4 minutes. Another employee then grabbed my order to take it out without communicating to the others. WTH. I then had to go outside to receive my order. It was only a chicken strip meal with a side of onion rings. There's no excuse for it to be a 30 minute wait.

We love whataburger and since we're from out of town we go here everytime we're in town which is weekly!! We will be back but this review is in reference to Daniel that was working around 1130pm tonight. He had erased the screen so was confused on orders, when he ask what we had we told him 2 combos, he said oh that's easy. After sitting in the window for 15 mins he ask us to move up we said no then he started calling us petty and being disrespectful!! I spoke to manager and she said she would handle it and I really hope she did!!

Absolutely awful customer service in the drive thru. It’s obvious the young man throughly enjoys his job. Please sense the sarcasm. We waited 28 minutes for our two biscuits and gravy in the line of 4 vehicles when we arrived. Only to be handed the containers without forks or napkins. My husband asks for them and he handed napkins. Forks? He stated we need to pull forward to the red line and wait on them. Four minutes later, we get one fork from the same kid so thrilled to be working. We ask for another. He goes in and helps two vehicles so I went to the window on foot asking for the fork. I told him he should finish with one customer before moving into another and his hateful snarky response “I WAS!” Just wow. What a shame that sadly, majority of this new generation has for work ethic.

Inside was clean and employees very helpful. Burger was good. I almost cried when they told me that corporate had stopped the sale of the Mushroom Swiss. That was the one thing I Loved there. Don't get me wrong, make a good old fashioned hamburger, but the Mushroom Swiss was off the charts. Make you wanna slap grandma. Now downing this location whatsoever, but corporate, Let's Get it Together!!!

Good food. Excellent service. Great personnel.

They are always busy so that’s no excuse. I ordered 2 meals with large fries. The fries were only half full. I told the guy that wasn’t going to work. I asked for another large fry to make up the difference and some ketchup. He brings me 2 more large fries half full. Is this the new norm? Charge the same for less product? Sweet tea was very hot straight off of the burner. Burgers were cold and had enough mustard for 3 burgers and no onions. Disappointed.

Cold bread and unmelted cheese. There is no excuse for food and service like this. Unbelievable.

Rude! Since when is a Whataburger lobby closed at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night? I’ve made late night runs my whole life in various cities. I drove 20 minutes out of my way for a shake. I stood in line for 5 minutes, with 3 employees passing by or noticing me, before a manager finally told me -rather, scolded me - the “lobby is closed!” Oh, thanks for the update. Did you know your website says your lobby is still open for 30 more minutes? I hope your district manager see this. Thanks for the wasted trip, and even more wasted time standing there ignored. And no, I don’t have time to wait behind 15 other cars in a single-file drive-thru line, also showing your lack of logistical preparation and consideration.

Whataburger has the best Pattie melt I've had the pleasure of eating and this store has great service both drive and dine in the staff for the better part are extremely helpful and friendly clean dining room .I've had only one bad visit in three years but the manager made good Whataburger's policy on satisfaction replaced and promoed my whole order for my inconvenience . now grant you sometimes the drive thru can have a long wait but be patient they have staffing issues like everyone besides the great hot tasty food is worth the wait.
