I took a couple days to write this but we'll never step foot in a Wendy's again!! Here's why, drive-thru was backed up around half the building so we decided to go in to order, the girl taken our order couldn't even speak correctly nor did she know how to even run the register, I had to repeat my order a number of times and the cashier had to keep getting the manager to help her take our order. By the time our order was done, 3 other customers were behind us. They had the same issue ordering. While, the second person was ordering the cashier got so frustrated and stormed off running her mouth so then here comes the manager taken orders, here is the thing though. The manager completes taking the 2nd order and the 3rd persons order but not the 4th person order. The 4th person stood for 10 minutes then finally left but then her boyfriend came in trying to understand from the manager why the order wasn't taken, no answer from the manager. So while all this is happening we're waiting on our food for over 15 minutes. Than we see the customers behind us get there food so we're like what's going on?? We ask about our food and the manager says after 15 minutes it deletes the order "which is a horrible system that's in place" so we asked for a refund and the manager said I can't give a refund. So we left a name and number for the GM to call us and never heard from the location, 2 days later we go by there and get our money back... at this point I will be getting ahold of that GM myself and I would love for the CEO of this company to reach out to me!!
Had one Van in front of me that ordered $39 worth of food because I could hear it took him over 5 minutes to come back and take my order after I pulled up then I sat behind the grave Van for almost 10 minutes. Then when I got up to the window they took my payment and then asked me to pull up for a biggie bag.. And a couple minutes later they came out with the biggie bag I pulled away started eating it and they gave me the hot and spicy nuggets. They said they gave me extra fries but it was a big pile of greasy mess you could see the grease coming in the bag. If I can give them 0 stars that's what they would get. Completely unprofessional, And there's 2 women I can see in the back playing on their phones. One had a long Gray wig on. They do a lot of people like this they won't last that long cause I'll never go back. QT Next door makes a great pizza
My wife and I visited this Wendy's on S. ELM st. In Broken Arrow Oklahoma on 5/15/2022. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Took about 10 minutes to receive order. While I was eating sandwich it seem to be tuff. After looking at sandwich it had a large raw spot in it. I had ate some of the raw chicken. Took it back and they offered me a refund or another sandwich, I declined. I called corporate office and was told someone would get back to me but never did. I became very sick a couple of days later and missed work. Beware of this Wendy's! If you do eat there please cut the sandwich in half and look at it before you eat it or you may end up sick like me. There corporate office is worthless and lied to me saying they would call me back. Just poor business practice on their part.
This location is really hit-or-miss. Once in a while the service is really good. More often than not, it's really, really, really bad. It needs serious help. Today I was in the drive though line for over 25 mins and it was not very busy at all. I just didn't have anywhere else to be. The staff was totally incompetent or too high to work.. Even understaffed, it should not be this bad. I repeatedly watched people drive off in frustration. I doubt any business can survive like this for long.
Do not-I repeat-do not go to this Wendy’s, especially if you are in a hurry! Being in the hurry that I was, I didn’t have time to check my order before driving away. As you can see in the attached photo, instead of honey mustard and ranch, I was given BBQ sauce. Instead of apple bites for my kids meal, I was given fries, which pretty much caused a meltdown with my five year old when we got home. Said fries, which are advertised as hot and crispy, were cold and sad. The chicken nuggets I received were deep fried mush. I’m really hoping that we don’t get food poisoning…
I went thru the drive-thru to quickly get dinner for my husband and I. They took almost 15 minutes for nuggets and a cheeseburger. Almost every car ahead of me was delayed for something but they weren’t having anyone pull up out of the way. When I got to the window they said they were still waiting for nuggets. Not sure how unless they’re waiting for each car to get to the window before prepping their food. They didn’t offer a receipt so this is where it started to turn. I sat and waited for the food for another few minutes. They finally hand me the bag and I take off. I get home to realize my husband’s burger was missing.I called the restaurant and they kept acting like the phone was having a problem after I said there was an issue with my order. They did this for two phone calls, hanging up on me. Once I got ahold of someone and explained the problem she giggled and said I’d have to call the next day and talk to the GM, “but good luck getting a refund without a receipt!”. I’ve tried calling the store many times and can’t get anyone to answer or call me back.
We ordered a large chili, and we literally got chili sauce with 4 beans and a hamburger patty broken into large pieces thrown into it.
Routinely forgets items. I go this place a chance every once in a while and more often than not they forget something. This time they forgot my fries and sauce. These consistent forgetfulness add up. I really don't want to have to resort to mcdonalds but at least they're consistent.
The “New Hot and crispy guaranteed” French fries seemed to be just the opposite. My burger was OK considering the bacon tasted old and pho. The Dr Pepper was amazing though!
Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, behind 5 cars. Staff was polite, French fries were lukewarm and soggy, burger was ok.
