So glad I spotted this location, while we were out running around Saturday! It's hard to find a decent place to eat, late at night. (That's just been our experience each time we've waited til we were heading home late, you grab a bite. Our waitress was excellent, very attractive and polite! The place was clean and the people seemed genuinely happy to be there. That's much appreciated after a long day, and you're not looking for something to merely soak up a bunch of alcohol! I was so anxious to dig in, I forgot to take a pic. But the sandwiches we had were delicious, and the smothered & covered hash browns were on point!?
Horrible service. No staff. Racist! Tables full of white patrons, a black couple came in and the black cook took their order and brought their drinks while several white ppl at tables had been waiting a very long time for the only waitress. Half the restaurant tables had dirty plates but the cook chose to only come off the line for his bro! Fast good food down the road at steak and shake. Don’t waste your time unless of course you’re a brother.
Had to leave because the servers wouldn’t clean off any of the tables for us to sit down and when my friend asked them about it after we waited for 10 minutes the manager told us she can’t help us cause she is not on the floor will have to wait cause there is one server. She cleaned off a table for a group of people that walked in right before us.
The manager there is amazing and really runs a great team! They really care
I really enjoyed our visit. Our little waitress was the sweetest. She was very kind and made our visit to your establishment a wonderful experience. I believe her name might have been Victoria. She has brown hair with glasses.
The cook took our drink order while 4 servers stood around talking to each other and ignoring everyone that came in. He was also taking food orders while, once again, the servers stood around chatting with each other. 20 minutes later we left $5 on the counter for the water and coffee the cook brought us. Good on him for being a hard worker and I wish I had got his name. The rest of the experience sucked.
Great service and great food
Consistently great place for breakfast. Always a friendly hello and great value done well. I find myself tipping more here than anywhere else, the servers are wonderful.
I currently work here and I have seen some positive and negative reviews about me as a cook. I am sorry if y'all had a bad experience. I take negative feedbacks in person. If you feel like I give you bad service let me know. A person that can't take criticism when they know they aren't at their best doesn't need to be in this field during covid time or when we actually get back to normal. I actually enjoy putting smiles on people faces after they got their food. Cooking is my passion and I am looking to be better currently than I was in the past. Customers with courtesy and respect deserve that treatment from us. Treat people the way you wanted to be treated especially in the food industry to where you can make or break someone day.
Horrible! If I could give it zero stars I would!! We came here and had a party of 4. Everyone got their food, my order was wrong, so sent it back and it came out wrong again. They then decided that I did not need to eat until everyone else in the building was served, because they were hungry. Forget that we were here first and that my entire group were completely done eating. An hour and a half later he finally decided he could remake my food again. I am still sitting here waiting to eat... If I wasn't so hungry and if ANYTHING else was open I would leave...Update: When I finally did get my omelet the bacon was mostly uncooked and the egg was not fully cooked either and still was made incorrectly. I see that the owner has responded for me to file a report, I already have the same night I looked down and found someone else who complained and opened the form to file a report. Still no response...
