Worst service I have ever received. Is This location is fully staffed by teenagers with no supervision. My experience included being ignored as I stood at the counter for a few minutes, not a single word was said by the girl ringing us up. I said Hello, was met with a dead stare, proceeded to order, continued dead stare, I only knew she was done ringing us up because the card reader lit up. Sat down she made our smoothies, also said nothing, we awkwardly went to the counter and read the name on cups. Some nice boys brought a completely wrong order, probably was rung up incorrect. They fixed our order and actually spoke to us like we were humans. Use the drive through with caution!!! Food was good, would be a great place if tropical smoothie would hire some employees that are capable of doing the bare minimum. Also, I’ve door dashed from here twice and both times parts of my order were missing and they got the order wrong. Ridiculous.
I went to tropical today to get lunch and they told me that they couldn’t do food and only 2 smoothies and it made me so mad ? I wanted a quesadilla
I love the Bahama mama! This is my favorite tropical smoothie store. It's always clean and always tastes good.
Second time using this location for delivery. The second time they have forgotten an entire smoothie! Do not get delivery from this location!
I love tropical smoothie! The food and smoothies are always delicious. I typically go here 1-2 times a week. They have given me the wrong order a couple of times thru the drive thru but that’s really my only complaint. I’m thankful they are in Broken Arrow.

I am sick in bed, but know that I have to take care of myself so that I can take care of and feed my newborn; so, I decided to order some healthy food. I paid 30$ plus a tip to have a salad and 2 smoothies DoorDashed to me from this location. I go to open my salad and there are 2 LIVE FLIES crawling around under the lid of, and all around in, my salad. I immediately called DoorDash to file a complaint and request a full refund and I’m waiting on a response from their escalati
Delicious food, but they got my order wrong. Plus the atmosphere for eating in is not conducive to having conversation because it's noisy from the blenders. Eating at the outdoor tables is not pleasant either because it's next to the drive thru lane.
