05/27/22 Got there at 10:50, which according to their website is an hour and 10 minutes from close on a Friday, and still 10 minutes from close any other weekday. Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes, pulled up to the window, and was ignored until an employee came up and literally yelled "NO" at me without opening the window. I read some of the other reviews here, and understand why people aren't going to be returning here. I know I won't. Don't waste your time, go to the taco bell a few miles down north, they actually serve during their operating hours.
Never again.Went inside to get food to go.And 2 employees were unpleasant with me, over a couple little cups of hot sauce.That's absolutely pathetic!Needs new management, if its going to survive!
The worst bueno in Tulsa . Went inside went up to the counter to order stood there while both employees and the manager stood there arguing about some lady in the drive through and her nachos . When the manager came over to take our order my significant other said hello how are you no response then I smiled and asked how he day was no response then my significant other said okay dude what’s up I’ll take a burrito and quesadilla and I myself ordered 2 burritos . Waited about 10 min for our food it came out and looked like our was smashed and the toritilla was crusty and hard and the beans were dry it was so so gross. And the service was by far the weirdest and worst and literally every single table was dirty and no one was in there
This place is really hit or miss, but mostly miss. It's a gamble every time. If you like poor odds, roll the dice. On my last visit I went to the counter and couldn't even receive acknowledgment.
Horrible .food was cold no cheese on mexi dip n chips the queso is the main thing. Nothing was right on anything we ordered. Needs management
Pretty sure there was only one person working the whole store. The inside was closed and it took 15 minutes to get through the line with only three cars

For bueno, the food here is ok. However, this location says screw the posted hours of business and opens and closes at random. More than once have I gone there in the middle of lunch or dinner times to find out they are closed with no signage of any kind. When you go, you’ll have a greater than 90% chance it’ll take 30 minutes to get your order. I went in recently, ordered 1 burrito, waited 6 minutes, decided to drive to Walmart, pick up 3 items and wait in line and pay, then drive back, wait another 6 minutes before asking for a refund and leaving empty handed. Do not go into this drivethru if you are even close to being low on gas - we have waited 40 minutes before. At the end of the day, it’s probably the most poorly managed restaurant in all of fast food, but gets an A for location.
Waited behind another car forever in the drive through they eventually sped off. We pull up, get the recording asking us if we want a box and then nothing. Silence. Nobody answered. There were people inside. Some eating, at least 1 woman in the kitchen area. And nothing ??♀️
I love their beef potatoe burritos, muchacos and their salsa!! They're busy but they are nice and the food slaps when it's fresh!
