Worst customer service from the manager, stated that the doordash employee stole salsa and a coke not to mention the dasher is who made my chicken whole lotta platter a beef platter. Save yourself and visit a different Bueno. This store obviously does not care about what they put out. Only reason I gave one star was because it wouldn't let me put zero. Also, food was subpar, old chips, brown guac.
Covid tried real hard to shut this Bueno down and for a minute I thought it would succeed.Dined in today with a Beef Bueno childa and the misses had a taco and some bean nachos and an ice tea.I am appreciative of this staff. The wait time was minimal and the food was hot and fresh. Two thumbs up????

Always enjoy eating here but was really surprised that in person eating is not what's happening. Our food was great.
Carne Asada Tacos are terrible. Served cold and they cook the lime wedge in with the taco which dries it out leaving no juice. Then they put it inside the taco with the meat instead of on the outside.
Asada tacos 2/$3.99. Extremely cold and tough with no flavor.
The drive through was open. The most appealing picture of a Big Freaking Burrito was enticing me to have one for dinner. It was delicious and filling.
This place has really gone downhill. How many times do you have to close for remodel? I also don’t need to wait an hour in the drivethru just to get cold food and stale chips.Will not be back. There’s some shady stuff going on here. Edit. Tried one more time today. They gave me the wrong order, argued with me about it, would not give me my correct order and overcharged me. Also I asked for salsa. Nope. Don’t go here. This place is TRASH. Very rude employees. Don’t go here. This place should be shut down.
I really like Taco Bueno! Especially when I use the coupons there. Love their Beef Potato Burrito with a hash brown inside. Definitely going back?
Spare yourself and just go elsewhere. Firstly and most importantly, the food is just mediocre on a good day. But besides the food just being meh, there's a list of other reasons not to stop here. In a hurry?? think this a quick option? Think again! 10-15 minutes for 2 burritos in the drive thru?! Issa burrito guys, come on ANDALE! Service is also sub par with little urgency and very little gratuity. Parking lot is in disarray and I'm sure the lobby is a reflection of their work standard. Unless somethin major is done to improve I would avoid eating here ✌️? (.5 stars)
