Just went through the drive through and they were out of medium drinks. Asked for lemonade only to be rudely informed they don’t have lemonade. Bean burrito tasted like it had meat in it. Girl in the window hands is our food out the window and walks away. No thank you, have a good night, nothing! Customer service seems to be gone anymore.
Food was burnt and not edible. Beans were so overcooked they tasted like they had meat or something in them. Poor quality for 8:00 at night when they close at 11!
It makes for good food on the go. It doesn't weight me down but still fills me up. This time it was just what I was wanting, needing, and expecting. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
Drive-thru very slow, as usual. Ordered 3 big freakin taco salads, only 1 had extremely watery jalepino ranch dressing. Its not worth the drive without the dressing!
Went to eat here with my mom and when we walked in we were ignored for 5 minutes and when they finally acknowledged that we were there the lady was rude to us and they couldn’t even have the front register open for people wanting to eat inside. Ended up leave very unhappy. I wish there was a zero star rating option.
Stopped to get food at 10:30pm. The website says they're open until 12:00 a.m. but there were cones blocking the drive-thru while there were four cars in the parking lot and when I drove around the restaurant I could see employees leaning on the counters watching me. Will not be returning.
*Shakes head in DisappointmentFor me to be writing a review they have screwed up enough times for me to actually care. This is my favorite fast food so I’m VERY lenient when it comes to them. But this store man ??♂️. Their employees are terrible! Very bad customer service. I’m not here to complain about the food but the employees! Most of the time I ignore it, but it gets annoying enough for you to notice. They just need all new staff in general.The employees complain about being understaffed but there isn’t a “now hiring” sign out. I say this with genuine disappointment because that location is more convenient from my house.
Me and my husband have been going to this taco bueno for a while now, and every time we go I’m just so disgusted with the way the staff acts. Constant arguments amongst each other in front of customers, and they are very unorganized, and will even argue with you when you tell them they didn’t get something right on your order. They are just rude. They also (on another occasion) locked us out of the lobby because they claim they were understaffed, but we could clearly see people in there eating. Just beyond unprofessional and we will not be back.
Out of all of the fast food Mexican food places this is one that I would say is one I'd choose overall. I love that your able to see them prepare your food so you know that everything is clean and sanitary. Also it seems to be more to authentic than some other choices out there. Still decent food though when you want a quick bite to eat and "tex mex" is your choice.
Been a patron for 15 years, moved last year to Jenks. We still bowl twice a week down the street. Have tried the last two evenings to eat here. Wed night was told @ 10 they close @10, Thursday night was told @ 9:30 after sitting in line for 7-8 min they close @9:30. Better take a page out of Bixby location @ 151st & learn….WONT BE BACK
