Went through drive thru. Asked for receipt because I used corporate card. Lady told me that there machine was down said I'm welcome to wait because technical support was coming to fix it. So I was waiting. She asked me to move out of drive thru I said I need my receipt She said that's not her problem. I have never been treated so rudely.

Nothing like standing in line waiting, and not even being acknowledged you are there. somebody looks at you and knows you’re there, but they don’t say a word, and everyone else just ignores you and works slowly to only do the orders for the drive-through.

This was very pleasant visit. Enjoyed the little bar of extras. Everything was fresh and made just like we wanted. I love the taste of their food. Always the same every time and that's a plus for us.

Fun fast dinner ,,, on the go!!!!

The pandemic has definitely made a negative impact on this location. Taco Bueno is a favorite for so many because they are cheap and have a huge variety of foods you can't get at your local Taco Bell. However, this one in particular has definitely declined on the quality of the food. Now, I respect that there's a lot of locations all over town and I love that but I really wish this one could get their stuff together and serve quality food again (without having to close). The quality is sloppy and old. I know the pandemic took a hard hit on fast food and all fast food is struggling for employees, especially quality employees, so it's a given that it's not going to run as good as they used to. But, I ordered the steak street tacos once and I swear, after I begin to eat one, I noticed something smelt really bad and it was the steak meat. Not, only that, it smelled so old that even after washing my hands, I could still smell old meat on my fingers. What an awful experience. I can only pray the other locations don't serve old meat. I'm sure a lot of restaurants re-use the leftover meat daily without checking it thoroughly and dating it.

Food was pretty rough (not at all fresh and cold). I can't say we weren't warned though. I just hate giving up on a place that used to have good food.

Years ago this place was the absolute best, but it's just getting worse and worse. They close whenever they feel like it, 7/8 when they are supposed to be open until 12. Whoever runs it is absolutely God awful at their job.

Y'all wrong for this ..... How you gonna serve me a burrito with a blowout in the middle ? ? And I waited 20 minutes for this burrito. Y'all coulda rewrapped this. Y'all should be ashamed of this.

I went through the drive thru for lunch today, ordered nachos and a taco and asked for 10 containers of salsa. I was told that I couldn't have that many and when I said yes I could the lady on the speaker told me she refused to take my order. So I went inside to talk to the manager, the manager happened to be the woman working the drive thru. She told me she was "NOT" with her finger pointed at me giving me that much salsa for 2 items, I told her that I actually eat that much with my nachos and she said she didn't care, I could not order and I could call and complain if I wanted to. I then asked for her name and store number. Both of which she refused to give me.I can not believe a company would let someone like this be on their management team. She refused a paying customer and forever lost the business from someone who has been eating there for over 20 years!! If you must have Taco Bueno, I would avoid this location at all costs!!

I have been a fan of Taco Bueno all of my adult life. I have eaten at the location on North Elm in Broken Arrow, more times than I can count. However over the last year, the service has gone from marginal to poor to now, awful. Last night, I went through the drive thru and we did not receive half of what we ordered and paid for. This has happened three times in a row now. I attempted to call the restaurant to make them aware of it, but all I got was a busy signal. I tried several times last night and today, but again just a busy signal.I am done with Taco Bueno. I cannot believe that the service has gotten that bad and that management allows their restaurants to leave the phones off the hook to not deal with customers. Wow, just wow.
