The quality of this location has really gone down hill this past year, it’s to the point I skip this location any time Taco Bell is brought up because I’d rather save money on food that wouldn’t even taste good or the gas to get to a location that doesn’t care about the appearance of their store or quality of their food.Most times we want Taco Bell is late in the evening and not only does the parking lot have several pot holes but the menu is never illuminated at night. Try reading a poorly positioned menu when it’s dark out, not going to work to well. So the last several times we’ve had to rely on the online menu which is hit or miss. Half the time we’re asked if we’d still like to order as if we magically knew the menu.Tonight was the end of coming to this location, the last few times the foods been less than desirable, cold, over cooked or even stale as far as breakfast goes. Though tonight we had tried to order several things that they either didn’t have/serve this late (coffee at 10:00pm) or we would have to wait 10 minuets to get the order (fries). We ended up driving to Del Taco since they have great coffee 24/7. I miss the Cinnabon Iced Coffee. Those were the days lol.
Even tho they were busy, had my order out pretty fast
I had ordered 3 cravings boxes, however upon receiving the order I see that they were not in boxes. Instead, all the contents were placed in one bag. Therefore, everything was mixed up and lead to confusion of which burrito, taco, or side belonged to whom. They were also missing an item from one of the boxes. It would be better to place them into 3 separate smaller bags if there’d happen to be no boxes.
Tried to give this place 3 chances and unfortunately they struck out. They get my order wrong every time and then the correct food is nasty.
Started out as a rough experience as my door dash order was wrong and my vegan wife and child couldn't eat it, so I had to drive up and swap it out myself. Manager was extremely empathetic, young man that helped me when I walked in and handed me my food at the end was professional, and while the time spent was an inconvenience I was grateful for them replacing my entire order and including some dessert for the mishap. Great experience, and they're always empathetic about my difficult order, which they usually get correctly.
This is the worst food place ever. They people that work there are trash. They act drunk and burping out loud. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE
Our daughter loves Taco Bell. It’s her favorite place ever. She begged for a birthday party at Taco Bell. We called the manager and gave them a heads up. The whole team went above and beyond for us. We came in early, ordered a ton of food for the party, and the team was friendly, helpful and had great attitudes the whole time. They made sure our daughter had a great birthday. Thank you to the entire team for your help and hard work!
They were quick friendly & food was fresh & hot.
After scouts meeting late evening dinner. We first tried bueno but the line wasn't moving for 8 or more minutes. Lol we love both places, it was a draw, but we left the line across the street and went to bell. The line was quick, the girl was very nice and super hospitable. We were pleased. Good food never let's ya down.
Listen, it’s a chain fast food place. They can only do so much. But let me tell you, the assistant manager currently there is amazing. He really made my day after a rough Monday! Thank you so much for being good people! The food was great as well!
