The Taco bell on North Aspen is so ridiculous. They mess up my order every single time and always , always forget 1 or 2 items and always forget the Fire sauce. I always ask when they hand me my bag if they remember it. I just cannot fathom how you can constantly mess up a Bean & Cheese burrito? Last time I went there , they forgot my daughters whole meal order! It is just insane. The managers and staff are incredibly rude and unapologetic.Now when my family and I are craving The Bell we have to drive across town, which is a bummer because we litrally live 1 mule away from the Aspen location.
THEIR NEW SUNRISE FREEZE IS THE SHIZNIT. SINCE TRYING ONE I HAVE FOUND MYSELF UNABLE TO RESIST THE TEMPTATION WHEN DRIVING BY A TACO BELL. SO IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED ONE YET THEN YOU ARE TRULY MISSING OUT. I JUST WISH THE PRICE FOR THEM WAS A LITTLE BIT CHEAPER BUT STILL I CANNOT ESCAPE THE NEED TO HAVE ONE.
Only gave one star because 0 is not an option. This is why you don't leave children to run your business. Order number 142443, completely FUBAR. What we thought in the beginning was a simple mist softtaco and a drink, which ended up taking about 6 to 7 minutes just to rectify, ended up being they missed a complete order. With all of the choices of different establishments to stop and get food at, it might be a good idea to try and highlight customer service and accuracy it was an accuracy as one of the things and reasons people might want to visit your establishment again.
Staff wasn't that friendly with customers. They did laugh among each other. There was no heat on this cold wintery night. Food was good.
Picked up an order for customer. Was greeted and asked name. Lady told me she was finishing it up. Asked if I needed drink carrier. Sealed bag then caught missing item so she opened bag put in the item then sealed again. Overall good experience . This taco bell has been great to deal with past few times off 71st.
Barely any steak when you order more then 3 burritos it seems like they would rather serve less steak than cook more. I complained on the website and call it seems taco doesn't care about quality. It was basically a burrito wrapped in a hash brown. I still have recites.
Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It’s like 50 degrees inside in the middle of January, my order was wrong and they could not figure out how to fix it, ice machine is broken and drinks have no carbonation so it’s just like drinking syrup water.
My go to happy place! Always friendly and prompt. Order has been right every time I went!
Slushy machine was not in operation as per usual after 3PM.I get it! It's annoying cleaning any restaurant beverage machine Especially the Specialty beverage machines.The Arby's Jamocha Shake machine felt like a punishment more than a routine cleaning.But it was important to our customers you CHOSE to spend they're hard earned money with us.Now if it were Supply reasons that's different.But I am reviewing based from 2018 to 2021 and the consistency of being let down on a product I seek out.Mainly because Taco Bell Slushies are delicious and I love seeing my kids face light up when I bring home this delicious treat to reward him with.So there is Empathy to be had here.
Guy taking my order had 9-10 pills laying out on the counter when I walked in. He proceeds to take said pills while I am trying to order and comments that they are pain pills. If you need to take pills at least go to the back or bathroom and not at the register in front of the customer.
