We used to to go to 3313 S Elm (101st)location but it got so bad we stopped going there. Thought we would try the 6303 S Elm location a couple weeks ago and the two people there were fantastic! Personable, professional and made great subs. We go back tonight, 5/13/22 and the two young boys working obviously had no training, knew nothing about making sandwiches, we had to explain what meats went on them and they weren’t cut. Watching them try to ring it up was painful too. Won’t be back there any time soon!
Terrible experience! Visited this location because it’s close to my home. I’ve never been charged the same price for the same item at this location. The price varies wildly with each visit. Last Sunday I was charged $17.48 this Sunday ordered the EXACT same order, charged $24.16. Inquired why?? Was met with the most hateful attitude and lack of caring from the guy who was at the register. He was totally dismissive and rude. I explained this HUGE difference from one week to the next and was completely dismissed. He actually told me ‘don’t be such a Karen’. Far from being ‘a Karen’ when inquiring why my total is $8.00 higher from one week to the next. Never any Management at this location. I asked for the Manager/Owner and was told that Dedra was the Owner but they never know when she’ll drop by. Guess that explains the poor Customer Service…..if the Owner doesn’t care why should the Employees. Not going back……….
Good sandwich and service. Dont have creamy Italian dressing anymore was only thing. Very clean place.

I hadn't visited in a awhile so I thought why not give them a try. The young man who made my sandwich was disrespectful, rude and didn't act like he wanted me there. I really can't say anything good about this location and subway in general. I won't ever eat at subway again.
They were very nice and very helpful for me and I was really ordering for a crowd and I was very impressed with how great and how happy to be able to have a great job and even made me aware of a couple of coupons that I can get for a better price ?
In general I always get good service and a properly made Sandwich.
I truly enjoy eating here, but I really wish they would bring back roast beef. Along with adding honey ham.
Never put double meat when I order on the app
I was denied survice half an hour ago because of my disability. I use the druve thru because of it, and instead of taking my order at the window, I was told they would not. Apparently they called a manager, which I doubt as I watched both employees making sandwiches. Another disappointment from this particular store.
