Line looked short but then they kept processing call in order which came in after I was in line. Then I tried to use my rewards but their scanner wasn’t working. Told I should take the time and link my account to my phone number and they can look me up that way. How about you take the time and fix your scanner. Also this doesn’t change the fact that lunch just cost me $2 more and I didn’t get rewards for this visit. Poor customer service!
Yes this Subway hired all new employees. They need to do it again. It is absolutely awful. And isn't good hygiene a policy in the food industry? I am sorry, but if you are covered in cold sores and touching peoples food, then I would at least recommend a mask.
Me and my dad ordered the chicken teriyaki footlong subs the employee said that they didn't have any chicken teriyaki made and so we decided to get teriyaki sauce so l'm not mad just a little disappointed

This subway has hired all new employees! And it is now my favorite subway in BA! THE food is much better and most of the employees had good customer service.

This used to be the best Subway in all of Broken Arrow, it has gone so downhill in the past year it's pitiful, deplorable even. Some of the most incompetent employees I have ever meet in the customer service world work the night shift. The male continuously closes early despite their hours being listed online. I called him out on it one time when he was claiming they were allegedly "closed" and asked him what time they close, he was so unbelievably incompetent and poor at deception that he couldn't even tell me when they close, probably because he just closes whenever he's "not feeling it". The female who works the night shift is also inept. She's always hunched over sitting every time I come to this location. If she's so ill she can't even perform any tasks at work or help customers she should probably just stay at home especially since she works with food.
People working hard, friendly, helpful. Good food.
