My wife and I went here today for lunch. The lady behind the counter told my wife their toaster oven was broken. The only way to get a hot sandwich was put it in the microwave. We decided to get cold cut sandwiches. The bread did not seem very fresh. The sandwich I got was at best ok. I went into the restroom it needed to be cleaned. I won't be going back anytime soon.
No one here seems to know how to make the melt sandwich its crazy they told me and my husband only 7 slices of cheese for a foot long yet any other subway I have been to does 12 slices and if you look it up on youtube all other subways use 12 slices if you pay more you should get what you pay for the staff of the store needs better Training
Ordered a Melt, every other subway puts 12 slices of cheese, they put 7 and told me a melt is "1 foot long serving 1 6 inch serving"There are multiple videos online showing how to make a melt. Somebody here should watch one.
The older lady was not friendly, and never smiled and she was supposed to heat our subs and they were not even warm
Customer service was great the sandwich artist took his time didn't seem like I was bothering him he was also engaging in a conversation with me which I think is great. Coming from a former manager of subway I use to train franchise owners in Milford CT. And I look for small things like that I've always felt if you engage with the customer and you make their sandwich look great you'll have a customer for life. Subway is a great place and I believe it's depends on the store if it becomes successful between cleaning, customer service, and managing inventory are key factors. It only takes one time for a customer to say hell no. It that has a trickle effect so I definitely give this store 8/10 definitely will be back
Low in stock on items, a microwave needs service, a beverage is out of order, the mixed drinks containers are stained. The sandwich artist who assisted me arranged the items unevenly; for example, not separating some cheese and meat slices. Management, please look into having these items corrected.
I called last night, they didn’t have steak for their steak and cheese, then tonight I go to this location, the open sign is off tonight and they have no bread… they’re clearly struggling with something here and I hope they get it figured out soon.
Food was awesome and service and my 16 year got in employed by Subway yesss
Excellent sandwich but they were very short staffed.
