Some of the best barbecue ribs I have eaten. All the meats he prepares our top of the line smoked and barbecued. The side dishes are delicious as well. Everything is prepared just as ordered. Great food.
Initially, I had received a sample menu and quote for my wedding and responses were timely. However when it came time to book we never heard anything back. My fiance and I made numerous attempts to reach out to no avail. Disappointing to say the least ?

We have had catering, picked up meat, sides for Thanksgiving and gone to community events to visit the Stu-B-Que food truck. We love it! The meat is always so flavorful, great cuts and YUMMY. The cheesy taters are a must have. Smokey green beans... yes please! Up front with pricing, on time, great service and easy to work with.
We recently used Stu and his staff for an event for over 300 people. He catered two meals for us in one day. They had everything set up on time with delicious meals. Great prices. Highly recommend Stu and his staff!!
