First time eating here, definitely friendly staff. They waited patiently while we decided. The food was great and fresh! Parmesan season added to the fries is a MUST!!
Took almost 10 minutes to be greeted. After another 10 minutes and no one even came to our table but didn't it look like anyone was even working the floor at all. We left. So much my my son's birthday dinner he wanted. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Excellent trading burgers, great flavor and pricing! Patties are VERY thin, but still thought single was perfect ratio, but consider it in your selection. Shakes are deluxe!
Though the diner was sadly closed, we were able to go through drive-thru at 10:30pm! We ordered two #4 bacon N cheese double, and a #6 western BBQ bacon burger, all with no onions. The shakes were delicious! The only problem we had was with the #6 being covered in onions after having asked for them removed. Definitely check the food before driving away lol, but otherwise removable and yummy!
Double burger no cheese no onion. They scraped the cheese off leaving a cheese ring around the edge of the burger, and also left onion IN the wrapper. Normally a fan of the chain. First time to have a bad experience. The one in Mobile AL is awesome and set my expectations high I guess.
After leaving Arizona and my beloved in n' out burger, I thought I would never find a burger place that I enjoyed. Steak n shake brought everything to the table. Good burgers, reasonable prices, polite staff, and a great atmosphere..
I was in the mood for some French fries and a grilled cheese so we stopped in the Steak ‘n Shake in Broken Arrow. It was so good. Just what I was craving. Hubby enjoyed his sandwich and he loved his shake. Very nice people seat you, give you menus, and take your order, and bring your food to your table. It’s a cute and friendly place! We will be back!
I have only been to this location twice. On my second visit to this restaurant I experienced a long wait for my food and my burger ( beef patty was burnt, dry and thin as paper). I am giving four stars because the waitress was incredibly kind and my fries and drink were efficient enough. I am hoping my third visit will be a more enjoyable experience.
Best fries out there. Loads of selection on the shakes, my mother loved them. This place is 100% LGBTQ+ friendly, some of the staff in the TQ+ category not something you see everyday in Oklahoma!
Ahhh so good. Just don't care for the skinny fries, like the ones at Freddy's.. but they're still good. Just gotta grab more than one at a time lol. Hotdogs are to die for. Cheeseburgers are too though
