I love the location and I love the staff!! My only complaint is that they run out of cold brew on a regular basis which I thought would eventually be less of an issue but it seems like a 50/50 chance on the weekends.

This location just seems to be out of a majority of items too often. Other than that it's good

During the morning this location is great but sometimes the afternoon shift seems a bit lazy. I got two drinks: a simple tall cinnamon cappuccino and a slightly more rare Royal English latte. There wasn't really a line and yet it took awhile for my drinks. The drive through cashier was having a side conversation and it seemed like I was bothering them by just waiting for my drinks. I got my drinks, thanked them, and drove away. I got to the office to realize the cappuccino had no cinnamon and though I was charged for a Royal Latte they just gave me a regular tea. No milk and no sweetener that comes in the latte. The latte is more expensive than a plain tea. This is not the first time this has happened so im a bit frustrated sadly.

I’m convinced this is a generic Starbucks. The baristas are the most inexperienced I’ve ever come across. I’ve never had a drink made here that was correct. Somehow they manage to make every drink taste like battery acid. I now drive past this place to get to another, I suggest you do the same.

Like a Chick-Fil-A .. starbucks had it pinned down. Great service, great products, happy customers. That rewards program is pretty sweet as well. If it wasn't for the mobile Ordering ahead option..... I'd be wasting way more time in line. Love all starbucks has to offer!

.Very unhappy with StarBucksOrdered a smoothie. They said they dont sell smoothies anymore. Very angry that they discontinued smoothies. There are not very many places that sell speciality smoothies. I feel uncool that I liked an unpopular drink. Most times when i want to order something, they never have it.I hate Starbucks now and I do not look forward to coming back. Imagine how the world would change if so many people werent so dependent on coffee everyday. I dont drink cofee very much and I do just fine without it. Every time Ive had starbucks coffee on rare occasions, I would either get anxiety, nausia, loss of appetite, and inability to concentrate

Service dog is always fast and friendly!

Though I understand there are a lot of new baristas, and I feel for how overworked they are, we've had many issues with orders from this location. About 1 out of 3 times the orders are incorrect, despite the orders being fairly simple. Upon this most recent visit, the new barista actually blamed me for their mistake, and told me I should clarify my order (despite having ordered the same thing the same way for over a decade). When made correctly, the drinks are fine, and the establishment is kept clean. Just understaffed, overworked, and poorly trained.

I go every day between 2 locationsThe one located on Tucson is where I went this am.I do a mobile order and wanted to pick it up in the drive thru because my husband tested positive for CovidI am trying to stay out of places so I don't carry it to others .The girl at the window seemed seriously put out that I came through instead of going in ??‍♀️And I will post a pic of one of the coffees I received .It's a grande but it's seriously maybe 3/4 fullI'm sorry but for 6 bucks I want my cup full plus with husband quarantined for 10 daysI'm gonna NEED all my caffeineUpdate ... must have just been the one girl that day. I have now tested positive ? They have been so nice and set my coffee out the window and shut the window for their safety.

My husband went inside this morning and order two drinks. Told the lady exactly how many pumps of everything. She read it back three times and both of them were wrong so when they finally felt that the order was right she put the order in. My husband waited 35 minutes. Gets home and realizes that both drinks are completely wrong. So he calls the store and talk to a supervisor and they say to bring the drinks back in and they can remake them. So we did. Waited in line for another 20 minutes. Just to get to the window and find out that the drinks are still wrong. So I correct them and let them know what needs to be in the drink at the window. And once I drink my drink I realized it’s still not right. When I go to the Starbucks on 71st I never have this problem and the peoples attitudes are always great. This is my third time at this place and my drink orders are always incorrect And everyone’s attitude is always that they’re miserable.
