The short girl with half dyed hair super rude and unprofessional in front of everyone. Lack of customer service and extremely unhelpful for a small task. 1000% felt discriminated by her I will not be returning to this location for a simple drink. I will be calling corporate for the lack of service and how ones are treated not only by guests but coworkers as well. I’m so sorry you have to work with her.
The girl with half dyed pink hair was extremely rude and embarrassed the customer in front of everyone. Gave someone else a straw but decided not to give me one and when I grabbed one basically yelled at me and called me out in front of customers. Extremely rude and was even rude to her coworker in front of customers. Maybe simply ask the customer if they’d like a straw just like all the professional Starbucks do.

I came in yesterday to get cups for Christmas gifts. I wanted to purchase four cups but because they were all the same she told me I could only purchased two. So that was super frustrating. I went back today to try to get the other two and they were gone. So disappointed. The girl yesterday also charged me wrong she did buy one get one 30% off and that is not what the sign says the sign says 30% off merchandise so both of my cups should have been 30% off each. When I came in today Mitchell was wonderful to work with. And refunded what I was owed. The cups are beautiful. Just wish I could of got the other 2 for my family.

Horrible experience and will never be back to this location. They made a hot drink when I asked for iced- mistakes happen so I asked the lady at the window to remake it. She argued with me and told me I actually asked for it hot, when in reality I haven't had a hot coffee since 1999. Nonetheless she proceeded to remake it and made it incorrectly once again and told me "she made it so it's exactly what I asked for." Worst customer service of any Starbucks I've ever been to.
