Arisa, goes beyond and above with her customers. I watch her with the cars in front of me as well as myself. there is a young man as well tall and I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. Both are great employees and they make my day when I pull up. Please recognize them for doing such a great job!
I helped my daughter this morning taking her to work because her tire busted around 6:30 am, before that happened she ordered her coffee online that she forgot to pick up. I came to Starbucks and explained what happened and Payton was so kind and understanding this guy made our day. Thank you! My daughter was very happy ? BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you haven’t visited this Starbucks you need to. Payton was just the spark I needed in my life this morning. I mean the coffee is always great but the customer service here is beyond that. Give this man a raise. If he treats all his customers like this people will stop just for the experience.
I always use the mobile app to order my item(s) thinking it will be easier. The last 3-4 times I’ve been to this location something is missing.Today I ordered the same drink ive been ordering for years.Did not receive the whip cream that I paid extra for. Also, did not receive the extra caramel drizzle I paid for. & it tastes like water!!If I was you I would go across the street to the Starbucks inside target!
This location is always out of dragon fruit. I feel like they should just remove the drinks from their menu or get better at ordering. Also had to have my last two drinks here remade due to being terribly made. Very disappointed in this location. I recommend you drive to the next one.
Hot chocolate was not that good. Swiss Miss in a packet is much better.
business gone down hill. slowest drive thru ever been, keep coming for year, same location, hated them sometimes but keep coming back because this the only one location near where i live, others about at least 20 mins drive.this bad review after long term royal customer even they sucks, because of their careless services. Gave me 4 drinks, dont bother ask for if i need a tray, I have to ask for. they gave me drinks on the tray, handed to me and coffee poured all over me, she looked at me ans said "sorry the tray not tight sometimes" ??? what the hell ? REALY ? YOU BETTER MAKE ME ANOTHER DRINK OR WHAT ?I "ask" for napkins, jesus I have to ask her for some napkins, clean myself then left in angry. STUPID.
I always love your guys coffee but I got a bacon sandwich for breakfast this morning and it was so gross. The bacon was GOOEY and all fat. :( I was super excited for it too. :(
