The employees are run off their feet by app and drive through orders, so going inside was a bit of a bust. I waited on my coffee forever only to realize it had been mistakenly put in the to-go lineup. The comfy cushioned bench turned out to be broken when I sat on it. I think one of the baristas had a panic attack. They're having a rough time in there. It's not their fault and not a bad coffee shop per se, just don't go in there during the morning.
They are always so friendly here! And they always have the coffee grounds for the garden!!!! Love that!!
The past 2 times I’ve mobile ordered from this location my coffee has been extremely watered down and tasting like soap. Truly sad!
Love that they actually listen to requests unlike many I've been to! I always get extra whip for my latte and this is the only Starbucks that actually gives extra! And the kids live the cake pops!
Every single time I get coffee at this Starbucks it's always insanely weak. I just spent $5.69 for a grande here and I'm pretty sure they gave me a medium. Not only that but I couldn't taste any coffee whatsoever in my drink and it supposedly had two shots of expresso. It basically just tasted like strawberry steamed milk. Maybe they forgot to add the actual coffee? It was gross. I am never coming to this Starbucks location again.
hire competent workers. this location took 5 minutes to figure out how to enter a salted caramel mocha Frappuccino. I had to explain to just put caramel in a mocha Frappuccino. after taking so long on this simple order I had to just tell her to cancel and not worry about my other 2 drinks. wasn't even going to try

Cashier was very nice and the service was quick.
So I go to this one all the time and get the same thing. This is what I was handed and I asked if it was actually made with lemonade instead of water and was told this is how it should look. I am sorry to inform that person she is completely wrong, have had this drink well over a hundred times and you can tell plain as day that this one is made with water.
The Tucson and Creek Turnpike store, is the best Starbucks, In the Tulsa and Broken Arrow area.. I traveled to Cleveland Ohio, and and my store here in Broken Arrow beat Ohio store hands down.
