Ordered online, they were super busy but I still got my order hot and fast. Great friendly service too.
Rusty, once again disappointed us. We pulled in for a Dr Pepper just now at 437pm, without asking what we wanted, he immediately came on and said it would be a 10-15 minute wait. He did ask if that would be ok.. ummm NO. we left. I feel bad for the owner because this is our second horrible experience with Rusty.
She warned us they were running behind but seriously I only ordered a lg tea and I have been sitting here for 20 mins and still have no tea!
I will quit using this Sonic. The people are friendly and great but the restaurant sucks. Almost half of the stalls don’t work. Not temporarily down but they’ve been down for at least 6 mo. Ordered online to pickup and it took me driving in circles for about 5 - 7 min before finding an open stall, then once I pressed the button it was about 5 min before anyone answered. Then I was told they were out of chili for chili dogs. I requested to cancel the order but have to call a number since they can’t do that at the store. They are severely understaffed and always broken stalls. Ended up going to another location and was leaving with my food quicker than finding a stall at this location. The owner/manager at this location really needs to get their act together.
First time to a Sonic was wanting to try a shake. They did not take my order correctly. It was very Dirty a lot of discarded trash. The girl that brought out the order stood and talked to some man for a good 10min. Ice cream was kinda melted. I think it's because there are not enough employees. I am sure if there were more people The service would be better.
Just not the same taste as before. Something changed that takes away from the natural food taste. They store is getting cheap on the serving sizes. Delivery to the car was fast, but my food looked nothing like the photos shown. Smashed or thrown in bag haphazardly, making me rethink cooking it myself at home instead of fast food. Convenient, but reconsidering every penny spent now.
The chicken was probably cooked way before I received it because it was rock hard and tasted old.. instead of posting this to warn others they claimed it violated standards.. what part? Lol. So, Here you go.
Used app to place order and got 1/2 burger and drink. Garlic butter burger was great. Fast friendly car hop.
I usually don’t do reviews but had to give a bad review on Saturday at the other Sonic but wanted to share how well this Sonic did. I placed an order online at the 3208 Elm location showed up about 10 minutes later to pick it up. Checked in and waited, seen they cleared my name so I thought my food was on the way. I waited about five minutes and with past experiences at that Sonic (like around 7 times) I pushed the button and told them who I was and I was there for my order. The lady said oh I’m very sorry we will get that made and be right out. Nope 20 minutes later I’m still waiting and very upset by this time. I wanted a refund they couldn’t give me because I ordered on the app the manager came out very rude talking about I needed to understand that they are short handed and training people. No I get that but that was my second time and almost an hour later that I had to remind them I was there. I got my refund made my order at this Sonic. By the time I arrived and checked in I think I waited 2 minutes before I had my food and it was the correct order. The Sonic is the best. I will never go to the other Sonic again.
Great shakes but straws are to thin and they didn't even give us spoons.
