Great service but food and fried usually overcooked. Came home today figured wed try them again and husband had two corn dogs they were overdone and hard,fries were cold heated them up but they tasted old. Got boneless chicken they didn't bother to shake all the sauce around and I had to add my own at home because there was not enough sauceto cover all the chicken. If we didn't live aways we'd come back and ask for a redo.
My husband and I always come to this sonic when we crave ice cream. Their customer service, ice cream quality and quantity have been consistent for the last year. Tonight they forgot whip cream for our order but didn’t hesitate to get us a couple extra whip cream containers for our blasts ??. Super friendly people. And helpful in our weird whip cream dilemma lol

Bad Service. I wouldn’t recommend this location I never got the food I was charged for then the staff refused service when I had requested assistance with my order.
Was told they were short staffed and it would take an exceptionally long time to get 2 drinks. And the screen kept flashing this as well.
Downed my food before I even took this pick. Bag empty, cup filled with an adult beverage. Food was delicious, only thing, I forgot to ask for Mayo on my double grill cheese burger. Mustard. ?, I was so hungry, I wiped the ? off with my paper towel, well, hell I was hungry.
We waited quite a while to receive a pre-order after checking into the app, while there was little business in the lot. My partner got BBQ chicken instead of Buffalo and we let the waiter know, he said oh sorry I'll bring the other right out. After waiting 12 minutes we called again and nothing. Ended up just leaving with the wrong chicken nothing to dip our mozzarella sticks into :( Not the best experience with a Sonic that we've had.
Late night out so I grabbed something to eat. Everything was fresh and delicious.
The employees at this location were much nicer that the ones on 129th and 31st where I usually go. I asked them to make me a diet Ocean Water and they actually did, the ones at 129th and 31st always tell me that they can't make them. So I tell them all you have to do is replace the regular Sprite with Sprite Zero! Its so simple! Lol
